Stairways are to be cleaned on an as needed basis. One half (50%) of the total number of classrooms, including learning cottages, and related areas are to be cleaned every other day. This means that 50% of the classrooms, including learning cottages, and related areas are thoroughly cleaned every other day. (Keep a daily log of the alternating schedule for the rooms and areas that are cleaned).

ESS will keep all of its inventory and other property fully insured against any loss, either by fire, other casualty, or theft, and shall maintain all existing commercial liability insurance policies, commercial automobile policies, and any other insurance policies insuring the assets, operations, employees, officers and business of ESS. If prior to the closing date the inventory or property of ESS at all or any of its facilities is totally or substantially damaged by reason of fire or other casualty, or is lost by reason of theft, Purchaser may, at its sole option, elect to terminate this agreement and all moneys previously deposited by Purchaser with the Seller shall be refunded to Purchaser and all parties shall be released from any further liability. If Purchaser elects to proceed with this sale despite such damage or loss, Purchaser shall receive the proceeds of any insurance paid by reason of such damage or loss.

ESS. The ESS focus has been on leading the work to deploy the first version of federated search and its testing. Currently the federated API is deployed only on ESS infrastructure and is accessible at the URL xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx The reference and SciCat implementations of the PaNOSC search API have been maintained and kept in sync. Since the last deliverable, the scoring service has been developed, and the techniques service, developed by PSI under the ExPANDS project, has been integrated. The local instance of the PaNOSC search API instance, accessible at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xx/panosc- api, offers full integration with the scoring and techniques services. For the scoring system, ESS organised a workshop to support other facilities in the adoption. Partners have received support regarding the federated search API, local search API and scoring system to different facilities, including compliance review reports. XFEL European XFEL (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/), has 6 scientific instruments, which are performing experiments since late 2017. Their metadata are stored in MyMdC (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/), the metadata catalogue used within European XFEL. The data and metadata information are made available to the experiment team immediately after data is taken, MyMdC used to store the metadata and provide the necessary access to the data files. In accordance with the European XFEL Data Policy (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/users/experiment_support/policies/scientific_data_po licy/index_eng.html), data and metadata have a default embargo period of 3 years, during which access is restricted to the experimental team. After the embargo period data and metadata became public, being possible for external people to request access to it. European XFEL metadata provides RESTful APIs that allow their metadata to be queried, including the "Search API" defined within WP3.   • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
