Experience of Key Personnel. The Village of Buffalo Grove is desirous of a quality Contractor that can provide the Village of Buffalo Grove with the services listed below in a safe, efficient and professional manner. As a condition of this request the firm must provide experienced, courteous, professional, trained and qualified personnel. At a minimum, the project team shall be consist of the following personnel:  A Project Manager with five (5) years of managing leak detection programs.  A Field Project Leader with three (3) years of leak detection programs, and  A Field Technician is not required to have experience if he/she has been employed by the Contractor for less than one (1) year. However, the Village of Buffalo Grove prefers the Technician to have completed training (certified where applicable) in traffic control and flagging (ATSSA and/or MUTCD Standards), confined space entry, CPR and First Aid within six (6) months of his/her hire date. The Technician/Laborer will also have an OSHA 10 Hour Card in General Industry (OSHA Standard 1910) within the same six (6) month period.  Work shall be conducted by the Contractor. No Sub-Contractors shall be used for leaking tracing or leak survey services
Experience of Key Personnel. The experience of assigned staff member in relation to the scope of work will be evaluated from three different points of view: 1) General experience (total duration of professional activity), level of education and training and positions held of each discipline specific team leader. 2) The education, training, skills and experience of List number of completed Road Rehabilitation/Reseal/Bridges/Upgrade projects. The evaluation will consider the nature of the reference projects, scope of services provided, and Employer/Client completion certificate. Final Approval Certificates/ Completion Certificates not older than 15 years per project to be provided with contact details of references. The undersigned, who warrants that he / she is duly authorised to do so on behalf of the enterprise, confirms that the contents of this schedule are within my personal knowledge and are to the best of my belief both true and correct.
Experience of Key Personnel. The Contractor is required to evidence the relevant experience of key personnel that will be assigned to DEC, detailing their domain, technical and business engagement competencies as related to the specific environments that exist within DEC. The Contractor must be able to provide services in a professional manner using only individuals of suitable training and skill, including but not limited to proficiency in the English language.
Experience of Key Personnel. Professional experience and training of key personnel, including both design and field personnel. List staff experience, licensing, certification, and training.
Experience of Key Personnel. The ICF Team views the following types of personnel as key to success in meeting the overall objectives of NYSDOT’s statewide program. As required expertise will vary depending on the task, specific key personnel will be assigned in response to individual task orders.

  • B4 Key Personnel The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Key Personnel 11.1 Each party shall appoint the persons named as such in Schedule 4 as the individuals who shall be responsible for the matters allocated to such Key Personnel. The Key Personnel shall be those people who are identified by each party as being key to the success of the implementation and/or operation of the Services and who shall be retained on the implementation and/or operation of the Services for such time as a person is required to perform the role which has been allocated to the applicable Key Personnel. The Key Personnel shall have the authority to act on behalf of their respective party on the matters for which they are expressed to be responsible. 11.2 The Supplier shall not remove or replace any of the Key Personnel unless: (a) requested to do so by the Authority; (b) the person is on long-term sick leave; (c) the element of the Services in respect of which the individual was engaged has been completed to the Authority's satisfaction; (d) the person resigns from their employment with the Supplier; or (e) the Supplier notifies the Authority within 5 working days of any change. 11.3 The Supplier shall inform the Authority of the identity and background of any replacements for any of the Key Personnel as soon as a suitable replacement has been identified. 11.4 Each party shall ensure that the role of each of its Key Personnel is not vacant (in terms of a permanent representative) for more than 15 consecutive Working Days. Any replacement shall be as, or more qualified and experienced as the previous incumbent and fully competent to carry out the tasks assigned to the Key Personnel whom they have replaced. A temporary replacement shall be identified with immediate effect from the Supplier or the Authority becoming aware of the role becoming vacant. 11.5 The Authority may require the Supplier to remove, or procure the removal of, any of its Key Personnel whom it considers, in its reasonable opinion, to be unsatisfactory for any reason which has a material impact on such person's responsibilities. 11.6 If the Supplier replaces the Key Personnel as a consequence of this clause 11, the cost of effecting such replacement shall be borne by the Supplier.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.

  • Critical Illness Three (3) days per year, with pay, shall be granted in the case of a critical illness or accident to a member of the employee's immediate family as defined in Section 9.4.2. A statement by the physician verifying the need for the employee to be present with the immediate family member shall be attached to the absence form.

  • Presentation of Potential Target Businesses The Company shall cause each of the Initial Shareholders to agree that, in order to minimize potential conflicts of interest which may arise from multiple affiliations, the Initial Shareholders will present to the Company for its consideration, prior to presentation to any other person or company, any suitable opportunity to acquire an operating business, until the earlier of the consummation by the Company of a Business Combination or the liquidation of the Company, subject to any pre-existing fiduciary obligations the Initial Shareholders might have.
