Facilities, Equipment and Supplies. The Association shall have the privilege of using school instructional facilities and equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. Space on the bulletin board in each teacher's lounge in each school shall be reserved for the exclusive use of the Association for the purpose of posting materials dealing with Association business. The Association shall have the privilege of using the interschool mail facilities and school mailboxes.
Facilities, Equipment and Supplies. Within overall budgeting and facilities constraints, the Employer agrees to budget for and to make available necessary facilities, equipment, and supplies so that faculty can perform their professional assignments in an efficient and productive manner.

During the term of this Agreement, and all renewals and extensions hereof, Design shall analyze, select and negotiate for the lease and/or purchase by HLM or Design, as the case may be, of (1) suitable office facilities ("Offices") in which HLM can provide architectural and engineering services, (2) such architectural and engineering equipment, office equipment, furniture, fixtures, furnishings and leasehold improvements (collectively, "Equipment") as necessary for the performance by HLM of its architectural and engineering services, and (3) business supplies of every kind, name or nature, which may reasonably be required by HLM for its operations. Design shall have the authority to negotiate for the purchase or lease of any or all such items on HLM's behalf, either in HLM's or Design's name, as shall be deemed appropriate by Design in its sole discretion, and all such items shall in all events be subject to, and leased or purchased in accordance with, the budgets, plans and policies referenced in Section 2.b. above.
Facilities, Equipment and Supplies. 1. The Board shall provide in each building:
a. A workroom for the use of staff and containing the equipment and supplies necessary for the preparation of instructional materials.
b. A faculty room where employees may relax, eat and talk, during the time they have no assigned duties.
c. Facilities which are clean, sanitary, and safe to work in.
d. For each teacher, a desk or xxxxxx, locked storage, a place for wraps, storage in the classroom for instructional materials and supplies, which shall include, but not be limited to, a suitable dictionary, adequate grade and lesson plan books, paper, pencils, pens, chalk, erasers, and other such materials required in daily teaching responsibilities.
2. Adequate parking facilities should be accessible to the school for the use of staff, during working hours. Every effort shall be made to remove snow from the sidewalks and the parking areas.
3. Each building shall have a telephone(s) for employees’ use, which shall not share a line with another office.
Facilities, Equipment and Supplies. 15.1 The WVMCCD will provide adequate classroom space at its facilities, or other mutually agreed upon location, if needed, to conduct the Orientation instruction without charge to WVMCCD or CUHSD students.
15.2 The CUHSD will provide adequate classroom space at its facilities to conduct the Statistics course instruction, without charge to WVMCCD or CUHSD students. CUHSD agrees to clean, maintain, and safeguard CUHSD's premises. CUHSD warrants that its facilities are safe and compliant with all applicable building, fire, and safety codes, and that it is solely responsible for security on the CUHSD premises.
15.3 The CUHSD will furnish, at its own expense, all course materials, specialized equipment, books and other necessary equipment for all CUHSD students. The parties understand that such equipment and materials are CUHSD's sole property. The instructor shall determine the type, make, and model of all equipment, books and materials to be used during each course offered as part of this CCAP Agreement. CUHSD understands that no that students cannot be charged for equipment or materials pursuant to Education Code section 49011. A fee may be charged to students except as may be provided for by Education Code 49011.
15.4 The COLLEGE facilities may be used subject to mutual agreement by the parties as expressed in the Appendix to this CCAP Agreement.

Facilities, Equipment and Supplies. 1. SJECCD shall provide access to and use of its facilities, including the following: (i) 3-4 classrooms that hold at least thirty (30) students each; (ii) office space for the CFIATP-appointed liaison and instructors; (iii) 20 welding booths each with a fume extractions system; (iv) a work shop area; and (v) a lay down yard adjacent to the work shop area (the “Facilities”).
2. CFIATP and CFIATP instructors shall be permitted to use the Facilities during the following times during the term of this Agreement: • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 6:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m., • Saturday, from 6:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m subject to the understanding that SJECCD retains instructional priority and may at its discretion schedule other SJECCD courses during this time period. The use times indicated in this Paragraph include the times that CFIATP instructor may need for instructional preparation.
3. CFIATP and CFIATP instructors shall only be permitted to use the Facilities for purposes of the ironworking apprenticeship program and for no other purpose.
4. CFIATP acknowledges and understands that the District’s academic, co-curricular, or other programs may require use of the Facilities and that the District has priority to use, or permit others to use, the Facilities, in its discretion.
5. SJECCD and CFIATP shall be responsible for the cost of ordinary maintenance and repair of the Facilities. CFIATP shall be responsible for the costs to repair any damage to the Facilities or District premises caused directly or indirectly by CFIATP’s use of the Facilities, including damages caused by CFIATP or its employees, contractors, agents, personnel, volunteers, guests, participants, patrons, or apprenticeship program students (collectively, the “CFIATP Agents”). CFIATP shall also be responsible for any extraordinary maintenance requirements caused by use of the Facilities by the CFIATP Agents, as determined by SJECCD.
6. CFIATP shall provide an accounting at the beginning of Summer Session, Fall semester, Spring Intersession, and Spring semester of any equipment and supplies that CFIATP intends to provide at the Facilities in connection with the program. CFIATP shall be responsible for the costs to repair any damage to the Facilities or District premises caused directly or indirectly by CFIATP’s provision and use of such materials at the Facilities or on District premises, including use by the CFIATP Agents.
