Facility and Equipment Use. The Association shall be allowed access to and use of the district facilities such as buildings, copy machines and computers, etc. The Association will provide paper and consumable supplies for Association business; but will be allowed reasonable use of paper for the purpose of the bargaining process. All use of buildings and equipment shall be scheduled with the appropriate building principal. No privacy exists for the use of school computers, and appropriate district staff can examine any school computer at any time.
Facility and Equipment Use. 3.1. The FACILITY USER or the individual(s) assigned by FACILITY USER for the Event must be trained in the operation, of and recognize the hazards associated with the use of, the Facility and its related equipment.

3.3. The Facility and equipment must be restored to the PARISH NAME in the condition it was received. The FACILITY USER is responsible for all reasonable repairs including parts and labor, should damage or malfunction or damage occur during the FACILITY USER’s use or occupancy of the Facility.
3.4. The FACILITY USER will be required to post a security deposit of $ 00.00 with the understanding that said security deposit shall be forfeited in the event of damages to or improper cleaning of the Facility. The surrender of the security deposit from the FACILITY USER to PARISH NAME shall not limit PARISH NAME ability to seek full compensation for damages to the Facility or cleaning of the Facility.

The FACILITY USER will be required to post a security deposit of $ . with the understanding that said security deposit shall be forfeited in the event of damages to or improper cleaning of the Facility. The surrender of the security deposit from the FACILITY USER to the PARISH does not limit the PARISH from seeking full compensation for damages to the Facility or cleaning of the Facility. Usual security deposit requirements are as follows: parishioner use of church--$0.00, non-parishioner use of church--$200, parishioner use of Xxxx Xxxx--$100, non-parishioner use of Xxxx Xxxx--$200, parishioner use of the Parish Resource Center --$50, non-parishioner use of the Parish Resource Center --$100.
2.6. FACILITY USER agrees to compensate parish staff and volunteers for any service they provide for the event at a rate mutually agreed upon in advance. For the purposes of the Event, parish staff and volunteers compensated by the FACILITY USER do not function on behalf of the PARISH.
2.7. Parking is permitted in designated areas only, and parking on the grass is not permitted. FACILITY USER agrees to enforce parking regulations of the PARISH during the Event.
2.8. The FACILITY USER is responsible for obtaining necessary keys or security codes, and agrees to return keys to the PARISH within 24 hours of the Event conclusion and not to reveal security codes to anyone.
2.9. Modest use of flowers is permitted as the sole form of decorating the FACILITY by the FACILITY USER. In the church, flowers may only be placed beneath the statues of the Blessed Mother and Saint Xxxxxx, and on the sides of the pews if this can be done without damage to the pews and...
Facility and Equipment Use a. Notwithstanding Section 5, above, Contractor shall be allowed to use the Commission’s facilities and equipment pursuant to the Rate Schedule to effectuate the terms and conditions of this Section 7. The purpose of such use is to generate supplemental revenue to offset the real and potential decline in PEG fees paid to the Communities by its cable TV providers.
b. The Commission is the only designated entity that is authorized to determine authorized users of Commission facilities and equipment.
Facility and Equipment Use. CITY will make available up to 300 sq. ft. of office space and equipment at City Hall for use by CONSULTANT, including one desktop computer, one printer, one desk, one chair, as well as information technology support during normal City Hall working hours (the “Facility and Equipment Rental”). CONSULTANT shall pay CITY $250/month for the Facility and Equipment Rental. Such payment can be made through a monthly reduction in what CITY otherwise would owe CONSULTANT pursuant to this Agreement.

The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of 4 Association concern on these bulletin boards. The bulletins posted by the Association are 5 the responsibility of the officials of the Association. Each bulletin shall be signed by the 6 Association official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be 7 posted. There shall be no distribution or posting of information, pamphlets, or 8 advertisements for or against federal, state, or local political matters on District property.
10 2. The Association shall have the right to use District email service and staff mailboxes for 11 communication. A courtesy copy will be given to Human Resources at the time of general 12 distribution.
14 3. The Association shall have the right to use District facilities and equipment when such 15 equipment or facilities are not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the 16 reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. District facilities may be 17 used for meetings and to transact official business, except if the business relates to issues 18 defined as work stoppage.

Facility and Equipment Use. 8.1. The Hirer is obliged to ensure any Facilities and Equipment are operated and used in the correct manner.
8.2. The Hirer shall be responsible for their participants use of the Facilities and Equipment.
8.3. The Hirer must notify the Trust Company immediately if any Facilities or Equipment are not fit for use or become damaged during use.
8.4. The Hirer is obliged to indemnify the Trust Company for the cost and associated costs of repairing, replacing or restoring any damage to the Facilities or Equipment caused by a deliberate or negligent act of the Hirer or their participants.
8.5. The Facility and Equipment will be setup and equipped to the specification of the booking requirement and the Hirer is obliged to return the Facilities and Equipment to their original state after use.
Facility and Equipment Use. Any use of the facility or equipment, including but not limited to the Gym, Fellowship Hall, Sanctuary and meeting rooms, must be scheduled through St. Paul’s Administrator.
