Grievance Procedure for Employees. Should differences arise concerning the Employer, the Union and/or any employee who has completed his/her probationary period, as to the meaning and application of this Agreement, the following procedure shall be followed by an employee and the Union.

Definition of Grievance Grievance shall mean any claimed violation, misinterpretation or inequitable application of any existing laws, rules, regulations or policies which relate to or involve the employee in the exercise of the duties assigned to him.
