Harrassment. Employees shall not be subjected to harassment, abusive language, upbraiding or insults. Administrators shall not be considered in violation of this section and will remain professional at all times, even when providing input during a performance evaluation meeting with an employee. Administrators shall not express unnecessary complaints or criticisms concerning an employee in the presence of other employees, students, or parents. The District and its employees shall comply with the School Board approved policy regarding Anti-Bullying and Harassment.
Harrassment. To the knowledge of AGCO, since December 31, 2020, (i) no officer, director or employee with the title of Vice President or above of AGCO or any of its Employing Subsidiaries (in each case, solely with respect to the JCA Business) is or has been the subject of an allegation of sexual harassment or other sexual misconduct (in each case, solely in connection with such individual’s employment with AGCO or any of its Employing Subsidiaries) and (ii) none of AGCO and their Employing Subsidiaries (in each case, solely with respect to the JCA Business) has entered into any written settlement agreement related to any such allegations.

Harrassment. At St. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx School students are expected to put their faith into action and live as Xxxxx taught us. We are committed to an educational environment that is free of any form of harassment. Harassment is any behavior toward a student or group of students and protected under the State, Federal, or local law, which harrassment disrupts the school environment and interferes with the student’s school or academic performance. Students shall not possess or use any items that the school personnel consider to be contraband or be distracting to the school environment. Examples of items prohibited to possess: Students are prohibited from possessing or carrying the following items at any time on campus. If found, the following items are subject to immediate confiscation and discipline issued: Possession of tobacco, alcohol, drugs or drug paraphernalia, or other illegal substances, pornography or suggestive literature, weapons, weapon replicas or potential weapons, lighters, matches, and laser pointers. Examples of items prohibited to use: The use of the following items is prohibited during THE HOURS OF 7:30AM—5:30PM school hours on our campus. These items are subject to confiscation if seen being used or displayed: music players of any type, cellular telephones, electronic games or other toys any other item which disturbs or otherwise disrupts a class or activity. The school believes some behaviors are so disruptive that they carry serious consequences. These behaviors may result in immediate suspension and removal from campus. These behaviors include: ● defiance of school personnel’s authority ● refusal to comply with a reasonable request willfully endangering another person’s physical safety ● foul language towards school personnel ● truancy ● any other serious miscond...

Harrassment. In the event an Assistant is subjected to harassment or abuse by a parent, other staff member/employee of the District, student or other member of the community in association with the Assistant’s duties, the Assistant shall immediately notify his/her immediate supervisor, who shall determine what action is appropriate. Following such notification, the Assistant or the Association can call for a Special Conference to review the situation.
