Health Welfare and Other Benefits. (a) Subject to all applicable rules and regulations related to such health, welfare and benefit plans, Ski Holdings will continue to provide eligible employees of the Company with the opportunity to participate in the following Ski Holdings health and welfare programs (the "Health and Welfare Programs") for the period commencing on the Closing Date and continuing until the earlier of (i) the later of June 30, 2000 or the ninetieth (90th) day after the Closing Date or (ii) such time as the Company has made alternate arrangements for Health and Welfare Programs:
Health Welfare and Other Benefits. The Co-Interim Superintendent will continue to receive the same health and welfare benefit entitlements she currently receives as Director of Human Resources and continue to make the same contributions, if any, for such benefits during the Term of this Agreement. Co-Interim Superintendent shall continue to receive the other fringe benefits accorded to her in her position as Director of Human Resources during the Term of this Agreement.
Health Welfare and Other Benefits. The District and the Association shall form a joint committee to make recommendations to the parties regarding the provisions of health, welfare and other benefits. The committee shall investigate various plans and methods for providing benefits, including miscellaneous insurances.
Health Welfare and Other Benefits. A. The SUPERINTENDENT shall be eligible to purchase, at his expense, the same benefits, including health and welfare benefits, which are currently granted to the DISTRICT’s certificated and classified employees, or any subsequent benefits granted to management employees, or he may fund such benefits through an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 125 cafeteria plan, in compliance with IRC rules and regulations, or other insurance plans available to him or his family.
Health Welfare and Other Benefits. 14.01 The provisions of the Pension Municipal Act and the Canada Pension Plan shall apply as provided by law.

Subject to the terms of such other plans, you shall be eligible to receive through the Separation Date such other benefits or rights as may be provided under any employee benefit plans provided by the Company to its executives that are now or hereafter will be in effect, including participation in life, medical, disability, and dental insurance plans, and participation in the Company Vehicle Policy.

A 13.1 The Employer agrees to maintain the benefits as follows and pay the indicated percentage ofthe premiums: Weekly Indemnity 100% Long Term Disability 100% (employee paid) Medical Plan 100% Extended Medical Plan 100% Emergency Medical Travel 100% Dental Plan 100% Extended Dental (Orthodontic) 100% Life and Accident 100% Vision Care: The Employer agrees to maintain this coverage at $350.00 maximum payable in a 24 month period.
