Holiday Leave Pay. A. To be eligible for holiday leave pay, employees must be in a pay status the last hour of their scheduled workday prior to or the first hour of their scheduled workday after the holiday.
Holiday Leave Pay. 11.03(a). An employee shall receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay at the employee’s basic hourly straight time rate.
Holiday Leave Pay. Off - Employees may request payment for accrued holiday leave. Such request must be presented to the City’s Payroll section in writing at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the next payday. The City will pay such request at the next payday.
