Increases to Wages and Allowances. In recognition of the productivity measures identified herein, the following payments shall be available to all employees covered by this agreement.
5.1 The rates of pay and allowances as provided in Appendix 1 shall apply.
5.2 The parties accept that this Agreement is in full and final settlement of all wage, terms and conditions claims. There will be no further claims on any other matter, including matters concerning Incolink, Co-Invest and VBIA during the period of this Agreement.
5.3 The parties agree they will not pursue any further claims during the nominal life of this Agreement in relation to matters covered by this Agreement.
Increases to Wages and Allowances. 13.1 The salaries for nurses and midwives will increase as provided below and contained in Schedule 1 and Schedule 9 clause 7 to this Agreement:
(a) 2.5% payable from 1 April 2018
(b) 2.5% payable from 1 April 2019
(c) 2.5% payable from 1 April 2020
(d) 2.5% payable from 1 October 2021
13.2 In the event that a new Government Wages Policy delivers a higher quantum than the current wages policy, any additional increase will be passed on and back dated to 1 April 2018.
13.3 The allowances for nurses and midwives will be increased by the same percentage as the wage increases at clause 13.1 and 13.2 of this Agreement (if applicable) and contained in Schedule 2 and Schedule 7 to this Agreement.
13.4 The on-call allowance will increase on 1 April 2018 by the percentage in clause 13.1 and 13.2 above plus an additional 2.5%.
13.5 Any State Wage Case increases will be absorbed into the pay points prescribed in this Agreement. Provided that any annual State Wage Case increase which would provide a higher overall annual wage rate than those prescribed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 9 to this Agreement will be applied from the operative date of the State Wage Case. Further, any associated State Wage Case increase to allowances listed in Schedule 2 and Schedule 9 to this Agreement will be absorbed. This does not limit allowances not specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement being increased in accordance with any State Wage Case decision.

13.3. Any State Wage Case increases will be absorbed into the pay points prescribed in this Agreement. Provided that any annual State Wage Case increase which would provide a higher overall annual wage increase than those prescribed in clause 13.1 will be applied from the operative date of the State Wage Case. Further, any associated State Wage Case increase to allowances listed in Schedule 2 to this Agreement will be absorbed. Increases to Wages and Allowances. X’Xxxx Plumbing Pty Ltd promotes remuneration based on individual employee Performance. The annual salary for each employee is guaranteed to all staff consistently achieving a minimum satisfactory standard. Employees will be eligible for extra performance based pay in the form of an Individual Performance Bonus. Salaries are paid fortnightly (two weekly) and by E.F.T. Bonuses and commissions are paid into the employees nominated account every 4 weeks Superannuation contributions are made on your behalf in compliance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 at the percentage rate of your gross salary in accordance with the following rate: * 9% of the base weekly Workplace Agreementge. You may make additional contributions to the superannuation fund if you so desire.

26.2 There will be structured guaranteed wage increases during the life of this Agreement as follows: • from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2006 – 3% or CPI in respect of the period from 1 July 2005 – 30 June 2006, whichever is the greater; • from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2007 – 3% or CPI in respect of the period from 1 July 2006 – 30 June 2007, whichever is the greater; • from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2008 – 3% or CPI in respect of the period from 1 July 2007 – 30 June 2008, whichever is the greater. These wage increases will be cumulative.

(c) From the first pay period on or after 1st July 2008. The rates of pay and allowance as provided in Appendix 1, Column 4 shall apply These increases are to be the only increases allowable. The parties will make no further claims except in accordance with the entitlements under this agreement.
