Interim Reviews. After the initial responsibilities and objectives are agreed upon by the employee and manager, there shall be a mandatory meeting prior to the end of the seventh calendar month after the evaluation cycle commences. During this meeting the employee’s progress toward mutually understood goals and objectives will be reviewed. In addition, any other significant factors will be discussed. At the employee’s or manager’s discretion, more frequent reviews may be accomplished.

Interim Reviews. At intervals appropriate to the progress of the Design Development Phase for each Project, and agreeable to Owner, Architect shall meet with Owner and Owner’s Separate Consultants for such Project for review and approval of the documents that depict the current status of Design Development Documents for such Project, and other relevant data and information, necessary to allow Owner to evaluate, critique and review the level of coordination, overall progress and content of the design for such Project. As part of these interim reviews, Architect shall evaluate Owner's Program, schedule and Owner's Budget for Construction Costs for each Project and review these requirements, each in terms of the other and with alternative approaches to design and construction of such Project. Architect shall provide Owner with written reports detailing the substance and actions recommended by the reviews.
Interim Reviews. Tenant may request an Interim Review to reduce rent as a result of decreased income or an increase in medical or childcare expenses. Upon reporting of any change in family circumstances, the Housing Authority Manager will determine whether the reported change r equires an Interim Review of Family Income in accordance with the ACOP.

As part of these interim reviews, Architect shall evaluate Owner's Program, schedule and Owner's Budget for Construction Costs for such Project and review these requirements, each in terms of the other and with alternative approaches to design and construction of such Project. Architect shall provide Owner with written reports detailing the substance of and actions recommended by these meetings. This review shall be an integral part of the approval process for the Construction Documents Phase for each Project. Architect shall submit the Construction Documents for each Project to the local Building Department and for plan check and shall make all corrections noted. If the Construction Documents estimate of Construction Cost for a Project, or any adjustment thereto, exceeds Owner's Budget for Construction Costs for such Project, Architect shall, at its sole cost and expense, revise and adjust the design and its Services to conform to Owner's Budget for Construction Costs for such Project.
Interim Reviews. The main partners to this Agreement will hold an interim review meeting after the first year and then as agreed between the parties. Their purpose is to ensure smooth running of the Agreement, understanding of the principles by which it operates and efficient administration. Emergency interim reviews may be triggered by any of the following events; Unsatisfactory completion of works on a bridge A disaster A dispute A breach of the Agreement The expiry of the Agreement

Interim Reviews. The awardee shall provide an Interim Review every six months, coinciding with the 6- month milestone and payment schedule, commencing from the date of award. The awardee must provide a presentation summarizing the work accomplished, milestones achieved, and results leading up to this Interim Review and must: • Describe the primary findings, technology development results if any, and status • Describe the work planned for the remainder of the project and critical issues that need to be resolved to successfully complete the remaining planned work. • Describe the status of any metrics reported on over the prior six months. • Summarize the cost and schedule status of the project, including any schedule slippage/acceleration. A schedule milestone chart of all major task activities shall be created and maintained and shown at all reviews. A cost data sheet shall be created and maintained, showing total project costs committed, obligated, and costed, along with a graphical representation of the project cost run outs. NASA will conduct the Interim Review via teleconference. The presentation provided at the review will constitute the Interim Report. The presentation shall be delivered electronically to the appropriate NASA official.
Interim Reviews. If on any Rent Review Date there shall be in force any enactment which relates to the control of rents and which shall restrict interfere with or affect the right to revise the Principal Rent in accordance with the terms hereof then the Landlord shall be entitled once following each removal relaxation or modification of such enactment to serve notice (hereinafter called an "Interim Notice") upon the Tenant and from and after the date of service of each Interim Notice until the next Rent Review Date or the service of the next Interim Notice (whichever shall first occur) the Principal Rent shall be increased to the Current Market Rent at the date of service of the Interim Notice (if higher than the Principal Rent payable immediately prior thereto) and the provisions of this Schedule shall apply accordingly with the substitution of the said date of service of the Interim Notice for the relevant Rent Review Date provided that this procedure may be repeated as often as necessary
Interim Reviews. One or several interim reviews of the internship assignment will take place between GARIWO's program manager and the intern to assess the work accomplished so far to allow for necessary changes.
