Interruption of Seniority. An employee on an unpaid leave of absence will stop accruing seniority. An employee’s seniority accrual will resume when the employee is back on the job and on the County payroll.

Interruption of Seniority. In the event an employee is on an unpaid leave of absence which exceeds thirty (30) calendar days, then beginning on the 31st calendar day an employee will stop accruing seniority. An employee’s seniority accrual will resume when the employee is back on the job and on the County payroll.
