IT Service Continuity Management. IT Service Continuity Management will support the overall Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery process by ensuring that the required IT technical and services operations (including computer systems, networks, Applications, data repositories, telecommunications, environment, technical support and Service Desk) can be recovered within required and agreed business time scales. Service Provider must provide IT Service Continuity Management as described in this Exhibit 2.1 and Exhibit 15 and Exhibit 16. Service Provider’s responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate and lead in the development and documentation of processes and procedures with Service Provider and other Service Component Provider(s).
2. Facilitate and lead information exchange between and among Service Provider and other Service Component Provider(s), DIR and DIR Customer, and/or Third Party Vendor(s) to improve end-to-end IT Service Continuity Management.
3. Validate that the IT Service Continuity Management process provides an audit trail that meets the legislative and policy requirements to which DIR and DIR Customer must comply.
4. Integrate Service Provider’s IT Service Continuity Management process with the IT Service Continuity Management processes of other Service Component Provider(s), DIR and authorized Third Party Vendors, with and where the processes interact.
5. Integrate Service Provider’s IT Service Continuity Management process with the other Service Management processes, including Service Level Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Incident Management.
6. Coordinate IT Service Continuity Management activities across all functions, other Service Component Provider(s), DIR Customer Sites, regions, and Third Party Vendor(s) that provide services to DIR Customer.
7. Conduct regularly scheduled IT Service Continuity Management meetings.
7.1. Document and publish IT Service Continuity Management meetings status reports to all relevant stakeholders, including DIR, DIR Customers, Service Component Providers and authorized Third Party Vendors.
8. Communicate and coordinate the IT Service Continuity Management Process within Service Provider’s own organization, other Service Component Provider(s), DIR, DIR Customers, and designated Third Party Vendor(s).

IT Service Continuity Management. The Contractor shall:
a) Define, develop, and manage Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations (COOP) system architecture and design for EFiMS;
b) Develop specific contingency and disaster recovery plans relevant to each business application, and shall incorporate those plans into the DHS's overall Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity (DRBC) planning structure;
c) Coordinate full testing and tabletop testing of each plan with the target infrastructure hosting provider and business operations subject matter experts (SMEs) at least annually, or more frequently if so required by the plan, and shall perform a full evaluation of each test at its completion, making recommendations for improvements or modifications to existing plans, infrastructure (hosting agreements) or procedures as appropriate; and
d) Maintain business application processes, policies and procedures related to preparing for recovery or continuation of critical business application functionality;
e) Plan and implement the DRBC program and shall coordinate with the DHS Component business operations subject matter experts (SMEs) and infrastructure hosting provider to ensure the DRBC program is defined, documented, and exercised in accordance with DHS policy.
IT Service Continuity Management. MSI will develop an Annual DR Test Plan and Schedule that will be delivered each June for the upcoming fiscal year. The following DR exercises will be included in the Annual DR Test Plan and Schedule: DCS Customer full DR exercises DCS Customer tabletop DR exercises Enterprise tabletop for all Class 3 instances Mainframe full DR exercises for both ADC and SDC; these exercises are conducted at different times during the year. DCS Customers can align their test slot with the Mainframe DR exercises. Enterprise Print-Mail full DR exercises for both ADC and SDC. These tests are typically conducted in conjunction with the Mainframe DR exercises. Enterprise Consolidated Data Center tabletop DR exercise for both ADC and SDC combined. This exercise encompasses all Service Components. DCS Customer Test Slots: MSI will develop an Annual DR Test Plan and Schedule that will be limited to one full DR exercise test slot and one tabletop DR exercise test slot per DCS Customer. After annual planning, the testing schedule and test slots can only be changed throughout the year by mutual agreement between DIR, SCP, and MSI. MSI will provide an annual DCS Customer DR plan update for each DCS Customer. A test slot lasts up to 1 week (7 calendar days). Full DR exercises are standard for Class P, Class 1, and Class 8 applications. All of the DCS Customer Class P, Class 1, and Class 8 applications are eligible to be tested in the full DR exercise test slot. If the Integrated Test Lab (ITL) does not have sufficient capacity to support the applications within the full DR exercise test slot, then additional test slots will be made available to the DCS Customer. DCS Customers are expected to fully use the ITL capacity in order to limit the number of test slots.
IT Service Continuity Management. Service Provider is responsible for maintaining an IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plan for its own internal staff and systems to respond to an emergency and continue to provide Services to DIR and Customers.
IT Service Continuity Management. Supplier will support the overall Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery process by ensuring that Services operations can be recovered within required and agreed business time scales. Supplier must provide IT Service Continuity Management as described in this Agreement.
IT Service Continuity Management. The Contractor shall ensure that systems are operated in accordance with required service levels by reducing the risk from threats (e.g. natural/environment, human/man-made, utiliy – power/network, supply chain, equipment, facility, and loss of key personnel) events to an acceptable level and planning for the recovery of IT services. The Contractor shall design the services to support Business Continuity Management. The Contractor shall coordinate with Service Providers for a Program of Disaster Recovery preparedness that supports the overall Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes. It will provide for plans that support the rapid and orderly restoral of IT services.
IT Service Continuity Management. 20.4.1 As agreed in the respective Individual TSAs, FDT performs IT Service Continuity Management for FDT IT Services to enable FME’s business continuity with a defined minimum Service provision in case of a disaster. A50902547/20.0/30 Nov 2023
20.4.2 FDT shall in accordance with its policies on Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery have in place, test, maintain and comply with a business continuity and disaster recovery plan in respect of the Services provided to FME hereunder.

IT Service Continuity Management. The process of ensuring that identified IT Services will be available during abnormal situations. It typically involves a detailed assessment of the Business risk of key IT services being lost, and then identifies countermeasures and plans to prevent - or recover from - identified contingencies. See also the definition of Disaster Recovery.
IT Service Continuity Management. The Hosting Supplier shall work and co-operate with the SIAM Supplier to implement the IT Service Continuity Management services in accordance with schedule 2.1 (Service Requirements) and the Hosting Supplier’s Solution, from the relevant Service Commencement Dates. The Hosting Supplier shall work and co-operate with the SIAM Supplier, FITS Suppliers and Other Authority Providers as required to conduct tests of the relevant IT Service Continuity Management Plans, Processes and Procedures within three (3) months of each SCD unless otherwise agreed with the Authority. The relevant CPP shall not be awarded until such time that the Hosting Supplier has fully demonstrated their implementation of the IT Service Continuity Management Plans, Processes and Procedures as set out in paragraph 5.15.2 to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction.
