LUMINAIRES. LED luminaires shall be used in all locations unless otherwise agreed by the Network Lighting manager. LED luminaires shall have integral dimming as standard set to reduce the output at times to be agreed with the Network Lighting Manager, luminaires shall be suitable for use with a specified CMS system and in all instances the luminaire shall be able to accommodate a complete range of mini cell, node and control gear. Particular attention is drawn to the use of Dimmable LED luminaires at conflict areas as defined by BS5489-1:2013, dimming levels are to be subject to approval of the Network Lighting Manager. The aluminium body and LED driver compartment shall be rated at IP66, a complete choice of optics shall be available as standard, the body shall be manufactured from die cast aluminium and be painted Grey. The luminaire body shall be so designed to disperse excess heat produced by the operation of the lantern so as to maintain the output and life of the LED’s. All LED luinaires shall be suitable for post top or side entry mounting, two locking screws shall be fitted as standard. Where circumstances dictate other luminaires may be considered for use with the approval of the Network Lighting Manager all such luminaires shall have a complete Manufactures Specification and Photometric data available as standard. Decorative luminaires will only be considered if LED’s and optic control is fitted as standard, the Network Lighting Manager may attach additional conditions to their use which may or may not be identified in this Specification.

LUMINAIRES. 4.39.1 The Contractor will undertake the repair, maintenance and testing of all lights, lamps, signs and switches. The objective of the testing and inspection is that all this equipment is safe and will remain safe to operate and be free from risk.

LUMINAIRES. Tenderers shall allow for all luminaires listed in the Schedules and shown on the drawings. When the term “similar and equivalent” is not used in the specification. The tenderers shall have no choice but to install the specific Luminaires as specified. All luminaries shall be complete with lamps, indicator lamps, ballasts, chokes, control gear and all other accessories required to make the luminaries fully operative. All luminaries shall be equipped with an earth terminal and shall be properly earthed. The Contractor shall be responsible for the purchasing, taking delivery, storing, installation, aiming, adjustment, testing and commissioning of all luminaries specified including all necessary mounting accessories, bracket, poles, stirrups, base plates, etc. and including any necessary excavation and backfilling. The internal wiring shall consist of flexible stranded copper conductors of not less than 0.5 mm² with suitable heat-resisting insulation to SABS 529. A terminal block shall be fitted to each luminaire. Luminaires shall not cause radio or television interference in accordance with Posts and Telecommunications requirements. Luminaires shall be designed to prevent excessive temperatures and components and materials shall be selected so that they are not adversely affected by the operating temperature. The voltage rating and lamp wattage shall be clearly and indelibly marked on control gear. Ballasts shall be power factor corrected to at least 0,85 lagging and shall have a minimum circuit efficiency of 0,85. Capacitors shall comply with SABS 1250 : 1979. Ballasts shall be silent in operation. Noise level reports, prepared by an accredited laboratory, shall be submitted for approval to the Engineer on request. The wattage and type of lamp suitable for use in the luminaire shall be clearly marked on the base of the luminaire close to the lampholder. For incandescent luminaries, the maximum wattage of the lamp shall apply. The contractor shall submit details of the luminaries, including photometric data, to the Engineer for approval on request. The contractor is to note that in the case of board and acoustic tile ceilings, i.e. as opposed to concrete slabs, close co-operation with the Building Contractor is necessary to ensure that as far as possible, the luminaries are symmetrically positioned with regard to the ceiling pattern. Where luminaries are mounted on ceilings consisting of panes, care has to be taken that the work is performed symmetrically. C...

  • Oddělitelnost Pokud bude jakékoliv ustanovení, právo nebo nápravný prostředek uvedený v této Smlouvě shledán soudem příslušné jurisdikce nevynutitelným nebo neúčinným, nebude tím ovlivněna platnost a vynutitelnost zbývajících ustanovení.

  • Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Wellness A. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

Investigator agrees to provide a written declaration revealing Investigator’s possible economic or other interests, if any, in connection with the conduct of the Study or the Investigational Product, or the Sponsor. Site agrees to provide prompt advance notice to Sponsor and IQVIA if Investigator will be terminating its employment relationship in the Institution or is otherwise no longer able to perform the Study. The appointment of a new Investigator must have the prior approval of Sponsor and IQVIA. Místo provádění klinického hodnocení souhlasí, že zašle předem promptní oznámení Zadavateli a IQVIA v případě, že Zkoušející ukončí pracovní poměr ve Zdravotnickém zařízení či nebude-li Zkoušející z jakéhokoli jiného důvodu schopen provádět Studii. Ustanovení nového Zkoušejícího bude podléhat předchozímu schválení Zadavatele a IQVIA.

  • DUŠEVNÍ VLASTNICTVÍ The Institution acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor shall have exclusive ownership rights to all Poskytovatel uznává a souhlasí, že Zadavatel bude mít výhradní vlastnická práva ke všem Study Data, improvements, developments, discoveries, inventions, work, know-how and other rights (whether or not patentable), created, developed, and/or reduced to practice as a result of or in connection with the conduct of the Study and/or the use of the Study Drug or the Confidential Information, together with all intellectual property rights relating thereto (“Intellectual Property”). The Institution shall promptly disclose in writing to PSI and the Sponsor all Intellectual Property made by the Institution, the Investigator and/or the Study Personnel. At the Sponsor's request, the Institution shall cause all rights titles and interests in and to any such Intellectual Property to be assigned to the Sponsor without additional compensation and provide reasonable assistance to obtain patents, including causing the execution of any invention assignment or other documents. Na žádost Zadavatele zajistí Poskytovatel převod veškerých práv a zájmů týkajících se Duševního vlastnictví na Zadavatele bez další odměny a poskytne přiměřenou součinnost k získání patentu včetně zajištění podpisu dokumentů k převodu objevu nebo jiných dokumentů.

  • WHMIS The Work-place Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is designed to classify hazardous materials that are used in the work place. The law requires all such products to be properly labelled and requires material safety data sheet(s) (MSDS) to be suitably attainable. Employees will receive training to inform them of such products and advise them of the hazards involved, and of the proper procedures for safe storage, handling, use and disposal of these materials. Employees will also be instructed about what to do should they be exposed to a hazardous material. The Company has WHMIS charts posted throughout the plant.
