MANDATORY EVALUATION. CRITERIA
MANDATORY EVALUATION. If an undertaking will result in the alteration of any characteristic of a heritage resource that could affect the NRHP eligibility of that resource, the Forest will follow the provisions of 36 CFR 800 regarding the evaluation of that resource. Evaluation methods and criteria shall be consistent with the "Secretary of Interior's Standards and Guidelines for Evaluation (48 Federal Register 190:44729-44738). Evaluation procedures described in California Archaeological Resource Identification and Data Acquisition Programs (CARIDAPs) accepted by the SHPO may be applied to heritage resources that appear to qualify. If heritage resources are found to qualify under the definitions of a CARIDAP, no SHPO consultation is necessary to manage the resource in accordance with the terms of the CARIDAP (see Stipulation VI.D.). The evaluation procedures and criteria set forth in HPP elements accepted by the SHPO and Council may be followed instead of the process described at 36 CFR 800 or in this Agreement. If the evaluation procedures and criteria set forth in HPP elements are not followed by the Forests, then the Forests will follow the regulations at 36 CFR 800 or the Stipulations of this Agreement.

MANDATORY EVALUATION. CRITERIA The mandatory evaluation criteria of this RFP are: Evaluation Number Mandatory Criteria Required Supporting Information COMPLIANT YES/NO M1 The Bidder must demonstrate experience, within the past five (5) years, in support relevant to the requirements of the Statement of Work. Proposals must provide details of the scope and complexity of at least two (2) successful contracts involving cube walls of at least 4 cubes and with Crestron units for at least two years. Provide examples of a minimum of two (2) projects of similar size and scope, within the past 5 years which demonstrate the requirement. Each project must include the following (for validation purposes only): • Client Contact name • Client title • Phone number and/or email • Description of work completed and length M2 The bidder will coordinate with Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada (MESCA) to provide the services of a factory trained display wall specialist on site once per year to conduct a system check and maintenance service including physical geometry alignment if required, and brightness balancing using Mitsubishi tools. Subsequent to this complete maintenance service, the bidder will provide recommendations for on-going support and service. Outline how the bidder can achieve this criteria. M3 The proposed technician resources must be a hold a current, valid security screening at the level of Reliability granted by the Canadian and International Industrial Security Directorate (CIISD) of PWGSC at the date and time of proposal submission. If the required resource’s clearance is not held by the Contractor, the Contractor must ensure that a valid DUPLICATE security clearance for the proposed resource is obtained. The file number and expiration date must be included in the proposal. A copy of the security clearance certificate or file number issued by PWGSC Canadian and International Industrial Security Directorate (CIISD) is required for each proposed technician.   • JOC EVALUATION If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage.   • Focused Evaluation The Focused Evaluation is used when a teacher is not evaluated using the Comprehensive Evaluation process, and will include evaluation of one of the eight state criteria (student growth impact required). If a non-provisional teacher has scored at Proficient or higher the previous year, they may be moved to Focused Evaluation. The teacher may remain on the Focused Evaluation for five (5) years before returning to the Comprehensive Evaluation. The teacher or the evaluator can initiate a move from the Focused to the Comprehensive Evaluation. A decision to move a teacher from a Focused to a Comprehensive Evaluation must occur by December 15.

  • Formal Evaluation All formal evaluations of personnel shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the employee concerned by an administrator or supervisor of the District.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • BID EVALUATION The Commissioner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, or separable portions of Bids, and waive technicalities, irregularities, and omissions if the Commissioner determines the best interests of the State will be served. The Commissioner, in his/her sole discretion, may accept or reject illegible, incomplete or vague Bids and his/her decision shall be final. A conditional or revocable Bid which clearly communicates the terms or limitations of acceptance may be considered, and Contract award may be made in compliance with the Bidder’s conditional or revocable terms in the Bid.

  • FINANCIAL EVALUATION (a) The financial bid shall be opened of only those bidders who have been found to be technically eligible. The financial bids shall be opened in presence of representatives of technically eligible bidders, who may like to be present. The institute shall inform the date, place and time for opening of financial bid.

  • TEACHER EVALUATION A. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.

  • Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.

  • Re-evaluation a) When a job has moved to a higher group as a result of re-evaluation, the resulting rate shall be retroactive from the date that Management or the employee has applied to the Plant Job Review Committee for re-evaluation.
