Meal Premium. Employees required to work more than two (2) hours' overtime, beyond their regularly scheduled day or shift, shall be entitled to a meal allowance of up to eight dollars ($8.00) upon presentation of receipt.
Meal Premium. 14.1 Employees shall be allowed one meal break immediately following every four (4) hour period of duty; provided, however, that if any Employee is required to remain on duty after such four (4) hour period, the Employee shall be paid at one and one-half (1.5) times the rate applicable at the beginning of the fifth hour until relieved for a meal break.
14.2 If one call of the workday can be completed in five (5) continuous hours or less from the commencement of the call or from the end of the previous meal break, then Article
14.1 shall not apply. If the call extends beyond five (5) hours, the Employees shall be paid at one and one-half (1.5) times the rate applicable at the beginning of the sixth hour. In the event that a meal break falls due during a performance and the time of call has been set no earlier than thirty (30) minutes prior to the commencement of the performance, the meal break shall be postponed without premium to the completion of that performance.
Meal Premium. $5.00 per quarter hour.

Meal Premium. The premium shall be increased to eleven dollars ($11.00) as of June 1st, 2011, and to twelve dollars ($12.00) as of June 1st, 2012. The employee is entitled to a half-hour paid meal break immediately after his regular work day. When an employee has worked more than four (4) consecutive hours of overtime, he is entitled to a half-hour paid meal period. This clause is also applicable on Saturdays and Sundays based on the hours worked, and in the event of a call-back to work for more than four (4) hours, even if the work was scheduled in advance. Boiler room relief employees doing maintenance work are entitled to a paid half-hour meal break immediately after their normal working hours. Overtime begins as soon as the normal working hours are finished.

If a meal break falls during a performance, the Employer may postpone the meal premium by up to one hour
Meal Premium. A 15.1 Employees who are required to work prior to 5:00 a.m. shall receive a $10.00 breakfast premium. Breakfast premiums shall be included with the employee’s pay in the pay period for which the premium was earned.
A 15.2 Employees who are required to work more than three (3) consecutive hours past his/her normal stop time, shall be entitled to a $15.00 dinner premium. Dinner premiums shall be included with the employee’s pay in the pay period for which the premium was earned.

(a) If an employee is asked to report to a site outside of the Greater Vancouver area they shall be reimbursed for meal expenses in accordance with the PNE’s Corporate policy on expenses. This provision will not apply if the individuals work site is relocated on a long term basis.
(b) No receipt is required to receive meal expenses under this subsection, but the payments shall be treated as taxable income.
