Medical Director Services. During the term of this Agreement, in addition to the professional services described above, Practice shall, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, provide a physician who is acceptable to Company, to serve as medical director of Facility (the “Medical Director”) and provide medical management and oversight for matters specific to Facility pursuant to a medical director agreement between Practice and Medical Director reasonably acceptable to Company (the “Medical Director Agreement”). Practice shall cause Medical Director to furnish those services as set forth in the Medical Director Agreement, in accordance with the terms thereof. Upon request, Practice shall provide Company with documentation reasonably acceptable to Company supporting Medical Director’s fulfillment of such duties with Company also retaining the right to conduct such audits thereof as Company determines reasonably necessary to support Company’s payment for such services under this Agreement. Practice shall provide support, assistance, and work cooperatively with Medical Director who will provide medical management and oversight for Facility. Practice, at the request of Company, shall immediately remove a Medical Director from Facility for cause, as “cause” is defined in Section 2.3.8 hereof.

Medical Director Services. Contractor shall bill County for Medical Director services at the at the rate set forth in the compensation table above. If a Spanish, speaking Clinician is required for Tele-Psychiatry or Tele-Therapy services an additional charge of $9.00 per hour will be added to the rate. The Contractor will submit an original detailed invoice, monthly, specifying dates and hours when services were rendered The parties acknowledge and agree that on each January 1 during the term of this Agreement, the hourly rates set forth on Exhibit A shall be adjusted by increasing the applicable hourly rates charged during the calendar year immediately preceding the upcoming calendar year by 3.2%, to allow for cost of living adjustments and merit increases for the provider; provided that the applicable hourly rates shall be adjusted on the initial January 1 of the term of this Agreement only if Contractor has provided clinical services to County’s patients for at least a one hundred eighty (180) day period. Xxxx agrees to hold off on rate increases until January 1, 2023.
Medical Director Services. CCS will identify a specific physician employee of CCS (identified as the “Medical Director”) who has full responsibility for the medical treatment (including psychiatric and pharmaceutical matters) that Inmates receive at the Jail.
Medical Director Services. AmeriPath shall engage a medical director ("Medical Director") who shall be responsible for establishing the operating procedures to be utilized by the Practice; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Managing Director shall have the right to require the Medical Director to amend or revise the operating procedures to be utilized by the Practice to the extent that such procedures interfere with or restrict the rights of the Practice Providers to practice medicine or provide professional medical services.
Medical Director Services. UCSF will provide a UCSF Physician to serve as the Medical Director and provide medical direction and administrative services to the Xxxxxxxxx Medical Center’s Pediatric Hospital Medicine Program and perform the services identified in Exhibit 1.1(a) of this Agreement (the “Medical Director Services”). The UCSF Physician shall be identified in Exhibit 1.1(a) by mutual agreement of the parties. The Medical Director shall keep monthly time logs submitted to Hospital and shall provide on average thirty-six (36) hours per month , with a total of no less than four hundred (400) per year and not to exceed four hundred and forty (440) hours per year of Medical Director Services .
Medical Director Services. UCSF Physician: Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, MD The Medical Director, and this position’s responsibilities are as follows: • Provides general administration of the day-to-day operations of the Department; • Advises and assists in the development of protocols and policies for the Department;‌ • Ensures physician coverage of the Department; • Schedules, coordinates and supervises the provision of medical and ancillary services within the Department; • Ensures the maintenance of consistently high quality service, and advise Hospital in the development and implementation of an appropriate quality assurance program with respect to the Department;‌ • Coordinates and consults with Hospital and Medical Staff regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department, and makes recommendations and analyses as needed for Hospital to improve services provided in the Department and reduce costs; • Develops, reviews, and provides training programs for Medical Staff and Hospital personnel; • Prepares such reports and records as may be required by this Agreement, Hospital or the Medical Staff;‌ • Participates in Hospital and Medical Staff committees upon request by Hospital; • Participates in continuing medical education, research and teaching activities upon request by Hospital; • Participates in utilization review programs, as reasonably requested by Hospital; • Participates in risk management and quality assurance programs, as reasonably requested by Hospital; and‌ • Assists Hospital management with preparation for, and conduct of, any inspections and on-site surveys of Hospital or the Department conducted by governmental agencies, accrediting organizations, or payors contracting with Hospital. UCSF shall also provide: • Academic and strategic resources to help guide overall program development for all pediatric services at Hospital. • Business development oversight for growth of hospital based pediatric and neonatal programs. • Exploration of telemedicine services by pediatric specialists to augment care provided by on-site physicians. • Academic affiliation and membership in UCSF’s regional community hospital medicine and neonatal quality collaboratives. • Integration of Hospital into UCSF’s Northern California Children’s Health Network.
Medical Director Services. (a) Dr. Xxxxxxx xxxees to serve as Omega's National Medical Director. The duties of the National Medical Director shall be to assist, on an as-needed basis, in the medical management and administration of Omega's business, including but not limited to: (1) acting as liaison between Omega and professionals practicing within the Omega Health System; (2) establishing, in conjunction with Omega management and representatives of professionals practicing within the Omega Health Systems, protocol, criteria, sand standards for utilization management and quality assurance of services provided by such professionals; (3) credentialing and peer review; and (4) coordinating all professional and allied health services provided within the Omega Health System. No part of the duties of Dr. Xxxxxxx xx Medical Director shall include the delivery of professional medical services to patients. (b) The parties agree that the compensation for services provided herein is based on a total of 24 days per year. The parties will re-evaluate the compensation level if this amount of time proves to be unsatisfactory.

Medical Director Services. 1.1. Services to be Rendered by Physician. Physician will spend such time as is 1.1.1. Physician will review patient records, physician orders, coverage requirements of third party payors, and other information and provide guidance to Company on any identified issues. 1.1.2. Physician will monitor and evaluate the drugs dispensed and pharmacy services provided by Company’s personnel to customers. 1.1.3. Physician will assist in the development of standards for staff to ensure that the individuals providing pharmacy services are qualified. f. Physician will assist Company in identifying and addressing accreditation requirements of the Company. g. Physician will assist Company in complying with third party payor requirements. h. Physician will provide in-service training to Company’s personnel. i. Physician will review Company’s policies regarding the dispensing of prescription medications and the provision of pharmacy services. Physician will recommend revisions to such policies. j. Medical Director Services. The term “Medical Director Services” shall mean those certain services listed in Section 2.3 herein.
Medical Director Services. CROMG shall provide one or more Medical Directors to Company. Each Medical Director shall be a Radiation Oncologist who is Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American College of Radiology. The Medical Directors shall provide supervision of clinical services delivered at the Center, proctoring of other Radiation Oncologists, liaison with Neurosurgeons practicing at the Center, supervision of clinical staff and the development of policies, procedures and plans in coordination with Los Xxxxxx and its Medical Staff to ensure the provision of consistent and high quality patient care and to assure that the Company is meeting the patient care obligations defined in the Services Agreement with Los Xxxxxx. CROMG’s compensation for Medical Director Services are included in its base compensation. CROMG physicians (including Medical Directors) shall provide direct care to patients at Center, and CROMG shall xxxx and collect separately for these professional services.
