MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT NO. 1 TELEWORK‌‌‌ The parties agree to continue the work of the Telework Committee, which is investigating the feasibility of "Telework" in the "Commission". This Committee will bring recommendations to the Joint Labour Management Committee. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT NO. 2‌ JOB EVALUATION/COMPENSATION REVIEW - NURSES‌ Nursing positions at BC Housing will be reviewed against the job evaluation and compensation plan established for Public Service nursing positions. Any adjustments in salary as a result of the initial review will be retroactive to the date of signing. In the event any position is found to be compensated at a rate higher than the Public Service equivalent job, it will be red circled in accordance with Article 11.02(b). Thereafter salaries for nurses will be the same as those negotiated for Public Service nurses for the life of the Collective Agreement. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 1 JOB EVALUATION‌‌‌ The attached documents constitute the implementation of Letter of Understanding No. 3 – Job Evaluation of the current collective agreement and reflects the agreement of the parties to replace Memorandum of Agreement No. 2 – Job Evaluation – Information Technology with the same process utilized for Letter of Understanding No. 3 ie. to establish historically comparable Information Technology classifications in the Public Service and maintain the relative wage differential. In order to approximate the grid level adjustments as outlined in the Public Services BCGEU Master Agreement Appendix N and where applicable to base pay grid adjustments in the Information Technology series, the parties agree a figure of three percent (3%) will be utilized to calculate adjustments. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT NO. 1 JOB SHARING ARRANGEMENTS This will confirm that the above-noted Employer and the Union have agreed to enter into a protocol agreement addressing the issue of job sharing. Where the Employer and the Union agree to enter into a job sharing agreement, the attached protocol agreement will be followed, unless modified at the local level between the Union and the Employer. Nothing in this letter or the attached protocol agreement will be construed as compelling either the Employer, an employee, or the Union to enter into a job sharing arrangement. The parties agree that the job sharing protocol agreement shall not be used as a precedent and shall not be referred to by HEABC, the Employer, or the Union in any other negotiations or proceedings. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT NO. Pilot Projects (re-arranged work-week1 It is agreed between the Employer and the Union that a number of pilot projects with a re-arrangedwork-week based on present working hours per week, will be implementedduring term of this contract. The Employer (three members) and the Union members) shall meet to organize the pilot projects, before going into effect. The Union agrees to provide supervision as required in all pilot projects organized during the term of the Agreement. It is understood that the implementation of these projects is not to be all encompassing, i.e., over the entire bargaining unit. In the determining of the areas in which the projects are to be applied, there is a provision for a specific time period not to exceed six months in each of the project areas. It is understood that all projects will not be in opera- tion at the same time but will be spread throughout the term of the agreement. It is agreed that employees working the re-arranged hours will be paid on the same basis as their regular hours per week. It is agreed that at the termination of this contract all hours worked with respect to the projects will revert to the normal or regular hours per week, until all of the results of the projects have been assessed as to the advisability of continuing the pro- jects.
