Minimum/Maximum Hours. The maximum number of ordinary hours worked by a casual in any week is 36 hours. The minimum engagement/payment for casual employees must be four hours for each occasion they are to work.

Minimum/Maximum Hours. While there shall be no minimum or maximum hours as part of this Agreement to provide the Services, the Contractor agrees that it shall use its best efforts to perform the Services efficiently and effectively, and as such in a manner that minimizes the costs to the County. Minimum/Maximum Hours. 17.1 Regular Part-Time employment shall consist of a regular schedule, provided that the employee's normal work hours may not exceed thirty (30) hours per week, nor be less than twenty-one (21) hours per week, and provided further that an employee's total paid hours may not exceed 1,716 hours nor be less than 1,092 hours per fiscal year. The number of hours per week that the employee will work will be established upon hire (i.e. 21 hours per week, 28 hours per week, etc.). It is expected that the employee will maintain his/her regularly scheduled hours each week utilizing work hours and/or accrued leave. The exception is for a week in which a holiday occurs; reference Article 36. By mutual agreement, employees may work more than their regularly schedule hours per week. In addition, subject to supervisor/manager approval, employees, except for Library employees, may voluntarily flex their schedule on a temporary basis. The flex schedule must occur within the employee’s regular workweek. The primary, but not exclusive, use of this provision is for the scheduling of evening meetings, special events, and occasional necessary work that cannot be performed during an employee’s regular schedule.

  • Maximum Hours No employee shall be required to work more than twelve (12) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Minimum Term Each Service will continue for its specified Minimum Term and thereafter for any Renewal Term(s) unless notice to terminate the Service is given in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Annual maximums State Dental Plan coverage is subject to a one thousand dollar ($1,000) annual maximum benefit payable (excluding orthodontia) per person. "Annual" means per insurance year.

  • Maximum Payment The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident make-up pay to be made by an Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury.

  • Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.

  • MAXIMUM OUT-OF POCKET EXPENSE means the total amount you pay each plan year for covered healthcare services. We will pay up to 100% of our allowance for the covered healthcare service for the rest of the plan year once you have met the maximum out-of-pocket expense.   • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
