Minimum Starts. The following minimum starts will apply to employees, except with respect to: Clause 33 - Disciplinary Matters; Clause 34 - Termination of Employment; Clause 38 - Attendance at Meetings; and Clause 39 - Training.
Minimum Starts. (a) Full-time employees shall receive a minimum payment of 4 hours for each start in respect of ordinary hours of work.
