Requirement to WorkAn employee who is required by the Employer to work on any public holiday except Anzac Day and Labour Day and who fails to do so shall not be entitled to payment for that holiday unless the employee satisfies the Employer that there was a reasonable excuse for the failure to work.
Requirement to Work. When so required by the employer, an employee shall work a reasonable amount of overtime.
Requirement to Work. ‌ No Artist shall work without the written consent of Equity for any Engager which: (i) has failed to abide by any arbitration award or, where permitted herein, by any final determination of the Executive Director of Equity; or (ii) has defaulted by not meeting past financial obligations to Equity or Artists and has been placed on Equity's Defaulting Engager list.
Requirement to Work. ‌ No Equity member shall work for the Engager without the written consent of Equity if the Engager: (A) Arbitration‌ has failed to abide by any arbitration award or, where permitted herein, by any final determination of the Executive Director of Equity, or (B) Defaulting Engager List‌ has defaulted by not meeting past financial obligations to Equity or its members and has been placed on Equity's Defaulting Engager list. Should the Engager remain in default of fees, or other monies, due to a member or members, for a period longer than one (1) year, the Engager agrees that seven percent (7%) interest, compounded annually, beginning one (1) year after the default, and ending when the claim is paid, shall be added to and payable as part of said claim. It is understood and agreed that upon satisfaction of the above-mentioned claim by the Engager, no individual employed by or associated with the Engager shall be penalized or discriminated against by Equity. If a member of Equity is adjudged by the Executive Director of Equity, or by an Arbitrator, to be in default to the Engager, interest will accrue on said default in the same manner as above. 12:00 CONTRAVENTION OF CRIMINAL CODE
Requirement to Work. It is recognized by the parties hereto that the Town must have, at all times, qualified personnel available to it, to perform necessary overtime work. If qualified employees within the job classifications do not volunteer for the required overtime, then the Town may, but is not required to, go outside of the job classification in an effort to obtain the needed qualified employees on a voluntary basis. If the Town is unable to secure the necessary qualified employees for overtime on a voluntary basis, commencing with the least senior qualified employees within the job classification will be required to perform the overtime work.
Requirement to Work. If insufficient employees accept available extra work or overtime under this section procedure the District may require that the work be performed by employees selected by the District using a rotating reverse seniority selection procedure.
Requirement to WorkEmployees may be required to work at times other than their normal work hours based on the needs of the city to provide services, at the city's sole discretion. Employees required to work at hours other than their normal work hours shall be compensated at premium rates, in accordance with the provisions of this article. No premium rate will be due for less than fifteen (15) minutes of overtime work. Premium-rate pay shall be calculated to the nearest quarter hour.

Requirement to Work. Each Employee will attend to and perform all work, as the Company may from time to time require, without any demarcation or restriction. Provided that an Employee will only be directed to perform work for which the Employee is qualified and that can be carried out in a safe manner, and an Employee is entitled to refuse to carry out work that the Employee considers to be unsafe and for which the Employee can demonstrate a reasonable apprehension in respect of such unsafe work. Subject to this agreement, if an Employee does not attend for work as required, the Employee will lose pay and will not accrue leave entitlements. Each Employee will be required to train other Employees as necessary or as required by the Company. Employees may be required to transfer between MODU’s operated by the Company or to a MODU operated by an affiliated entity of the Company.
