MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. The Parties to this PLA recognize the necessity for cooperation and communication between the Unions, the Port, and the prime contractor, the elimination of disputes and misunderstandings and the resolution of unfair practices on the part of any party. To this end, the Parties agree to participate in monthly Union/Port/prime contractor meetings to address pre-apprenticeship preferred entry goals, apprenticeship utilization, priority hire requirements if applicable, job progress, administration and progress of overall PLA program, and any other relevant issues that will affect the Project and promote harmonious and stable labor/management relations. The Port shall facilitate and distribute copies of reports to the committee, including a monthly discussion of projects reviewed for application of the PLA and future projects.

MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. The parties to this Agreement recognize the necessity for cooperation and communication between Labor and Management, the elimination of disputes and misunderstandings and the resolution of unfair practices on the part of any party. To this end, the parties agree to participate in monthly labor/management meetings to address apprenticeship utilization, job progress, and any other relevant issues that will affect the Project(s) and promote harmonious and stable labor/management relations.
MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. The Employer's representative may meet at least once each month, at a mutually convenient time, with the Union Stewards Committee. Cancellations shall be by mutual agreement of Labor and Management within forty-eight (48) hours.
MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. GCTD and SEIU agree to schedule and hold as practical a regular monthly labor- management meeting at a time and day mutually agreeable to both parties, to discuss current labor management issues. Both GCTD and XXXX agree to make a best effort to schedule and attend this meeting, but acknowledge that this may not always be possible. The monthly labor-management meeting shall be comprised of no more than three (3) SEIU members and three (3) management representatives; additional participants may attend by mutual agreement. When a specific agenda item pertains to a specific unit or to all units, a member from each affected unit may attend. Up to three (3) SEIU members shall be granted paid release time if the meeting conflicts with their regularly scheduled shift, to a maximum of two (2) hours of paid release time per person per meeting. When all three bargaining units must be represented, a fourth SEIU member may be granted paid release time if the meeting conflicts with the member’s regularly scheduled shift, to a maximum of two (2) hours of paid release time per meeting.
MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. The Employer and Union shall meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month to discuss issues of importance to either party. An agenda shall be provided by the union to nursing administration prior to the meeting.
MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. Section 12.1. The parties to this Agreement recognize the necessity for cooperation and communication between the Unions and the Employers, the elimination of disputes and misunderstandings and the resolution of unfair practices on the part of any party. To this end, a representative of SMUD and the Employer will meet monthly at the Project site with the representatives of the signatory Unions to promote harmonious and stable labor/management relations on this Project, and to ensure effective and constructive communications between the Union and Employer parties. The date and time of this meeting will be determined by the parties and will be open to all representatives of Employers signatory to this Agreement.

To this end, the Parties agree to participate in regularly scheduled Union/Prime Contractor meetings at the Seattle Building Trades offices in Tukwila, or held virtually upon mutual agreement, to address pre-apprenticeship preferred entry goals, apprenticeship utilization, priority hire requirements if applicable, job progress, administration and progress of overall PLA program, and any other relevant issues that will affect the Project and promote harmonious and stable labor/management relations. The PLA Administrator shall facilitate and distribute copies of reports to the committee. The meeting schedule shall be mutually agreed upon but will occur a minimum of four times per year.

  • Labor Management Meetings Section 1. To promote communication and problem resolution between the City and the membership of the union, the Human Resources Director, and other representatives determined appropriate by the City may meet quarterly with the Executive Officers of the Union and other representatives that would be useful to discuss or resolve current issues.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship. Therefore, the parties shall establish Labor/Management Committees (LMC), in accordance with the provisions in this Article, for the purpose of addressing matters of concern in the areas of personnel policies, practices, conditions of employment, and other matters affecting employees. Each LMC will be co-chaired by one member from labor and one member from management.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.

  • Labor Management 1. Labor/management meetings will be held at the request of either party as needed/monthly.
