Objective II. To organize and provide intensive vocational and support services for 100 individuals with developmental disabilities and 50 individuals with mental illness annually. The objective of these services is to obtain competitive community integrated employment and initiate support services to maintain the individuals in employment. Activity 2.1 ORS Counselors will assist the individual to gather relevant information and explore options to make informed choices in developing their Individualized Employment Plan in conjunction with DDD Social Workers and/or Community Mental Health Center Representatives and/or LEA Representatives. Plans will reflect the provision and coordination of generic and vocational rehabilitation services that will lead to an employment outcome, consistent with the individual’s abilities and choices. Staff from ORS and MHRH will make every effort to utilize the netWORKri system as a resource for individuals to find employment. VR Services may include but are not limited to: Assessment for determining eligibility and VR needs Assessment of skills, interests and learning styles Vocational counseling and guidance Physical and mental restoration services Vocational and other skill training Transportation related to VR services Services to assist students to transition from school to work Vocational Evaluation/Situational Assessment in the community Career exploration and community based Vocational Training Career development, employability training Life skills training needed for employment Assistive technology services and devices Supported Employment Services, (assessment, job development, onsite work evaluation training and support) Work Adjustment services including work based leaning experiences in the community, Time-Limited Job Coaching Job placement services Interpreter services (related to employment preparation) Reader services (related to employment preparation) Personal assistance services (including training in managing, supervising and directing personal assistance services) (related to employment preparation) All services must relate to employment preparation. Objective II. Assessment of TST - QFT-GIT Agreement Results of the qualitative assessment of day 1 TST vs. day 1 QFT-GIT agreement are shown in Table 3 (Assessment II). For comparison of the left-arm TST vs. QFT-GIT, agreement, discordance, and kappa were 55.4%, 44.6%, and 0.11, respectively. While 20.9% were positive with QFT-GIT, 50.7% were positive with TST, p < 0.0001. For the comparison of the right-arm TST vs. QFT-GIT, agreement, discordance, and kappa were 61.2%, 38.8%, 0.20, respectively. While 21.1% were positive with QFT-GIT, 47.6% were positive with TST, p < 0.0001. The percentage of QFT-GIT negative/TST positive discordants (37.2% and 32.7%) was significantly greater than the percentage of QFT-GIT positive/TST negative discordants (7.4% and 6.1%, both p-values < 0.0001).
Objective II. FRENCH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE The measures identified in the Action Plan for Objective II are intended to provide elementary, secondary and postsecondary students with access to high-quality French as a second language (FSL) programs. The Ministry of Education recognizes three types of FSL programs: - Core French; - Extended French; and - French Immersion. In the Core French program, the language is taught like other subjects, such as mathematics or science. In the Extended French and French Immersion programs, French is not just a subject but also the language of instruction. Core French must be offered in all elementary and secondary schools. Delivery of Core French programs before Grade 4 and the Extended French and French Immersion programs is optional. Core French programs are compulsory from Grade 4 to Grade 8. In addition, one French credit is required for secondary school graduation. By the end of Grade 8, Core French students must have had at least 600 hours of French instruction, while Extended French and French Immersion students must have had a minimum of 1,260 hours and 3,800 hours of French instruction respectively. In secondary school, immersion students accumulate 1,100 additional hours (10 credits), for a total of at least 4,900 hours, while Extended French students receive 770 additional hours of instruction (7 credits), for a total of 2,030 hours. The school boards make decision about the entry points and the specific elements of the extended and immersion programs.

XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
