Operating and Maintenance Manual. Not later than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of training of the Purchaser Operations Staff pursuant to Section 2.2(j), the Seller shall submit for Purchaser’s Written Approval a draft of the complete equipment and system instructions and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the Project (or specified subset of equipment, as the context requires) at the capacity, efficiency, safety and reliability levels contemplated by this Agreement, including the Specifications, each Contractor’s, manufacturer’s, vendor’s, and supplier’s recommended spare parts lists, all safety information and any precautionary measures for the Project. If the Purchaser does not approve the draft, it shall provide comments thereon to Contractor within ten (10) days after receipt, and the Seller promptly shall incorporate or otherwise respond to the Purchaser’s comments and submit a revised draft for Purchaser’s Written Approval. Such procedure shall be repeated until receipt of Purchaser’s Written Approval therefor. Not later than ten (10) days before such scheduled commencement, the Seller shall prepare in individually numbered bound volumes and deliver to the Purchaser ten (10) sets of such approved operating manual for the Project; however, the Seller shall be required to provide only five (5) sets of books, manuals and other documents generated by equipment manufacturers or vendors.
Operating and Maintenance Manual. The Contractor provides training, installation, operating and maintenance manuals for all equipment provided as part of this Works. Technical manuals include all technical data, information on the equipment construction as well as the technical data and leaflets of each individual components provided. Where generic manuals are provided, an addendum is provided indicating the applicable project specific components. Manuals are of a good quality and cover the following as a minimum: a) Technical descriptions of the equipment and component parts b) General arrangement drawings c) Installation instructions with drawings or pictures d) Operating and maintenance instructions for all components e) Detailed parts lists (accompanied by exploded view type drawings clearly detailing the part and uniquely identifying it) f) Spare part ordering instructions. Any special instructions pertaining to storage of spare parts or their shelf life is included in the maintenance manual. All drawings requested for component location, dismantling and re-assembly for maintenance are included in the maintenance manual. All special tools required for operating and maintenance of the equipment are presented in a form of a schedule in the operating and maintenance manual, respectively. The content of the training manual is based on the content of the technical, operating and maintenance manuals. All manuals will be supplied in soft copy exept for the Training manuals which will be provided in hard copy to all trainees and in soft copy.
Operating and Maintenance Manual. A. Upon completion of the work, and at least twenty days prior to the date set for final inspection and equipment operation the Contractor shall furnish for the Engineer’s review one set of Operating and Maintenance Manuals for each facility in the project. This submittal is required before 90% payment to the Contractor is released. B. Manuals shall include operating and maintenance information on all systems and items of equipment. The data shall consist of catalogs, brochures, bulletins, charts, schedules, working drawings corrected to as-built conditions and assembly drawings and wiring diagrams describing location, operation, maintenance, lubrication, operating weight, lubrication chart showing manufacturer-recommended lubricants for each rotating or reciprocating unit, and other information necessary for the Engineer to establish an effective operating and maintenance program. The following data shall also be included: 1. Title page giving name and location of facility. 2. Four eight-inch by ten-inch color pictures of the facility, views as directed by the Engineer. 3. Photographs (color) of each piece of equipment in place. 4. “Name Plate” data of all equipment. 5. Performance curves for all pumps installed. 6. Approved working drawings of each piece of equipment. 7. Manufacturers’ cuts and dimension drawings of each piece of equipment and details of all replacement parts. 8. Manufacturers’ erection, operation, and lubrication instructions for all equipment and apparatus. 9. Complete wiring diagrams of all individual pieces of equipment and systems including one line diagram; schematic or elementary diagrams; and interconnection and terminal board identification diagrams. 10. Complete piping and ductwork layout and interconnecting drawings. 11. A copy of all submittals shall be included in manual with tables and table of contents to properly organize submittals in sections. C. All items noted in paragraph B that are of sheet size of 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches shall be bound in loose leaf 3-ring type binders with black plastic-coated or blue canvas covers. Binders shall be Xxxxxx Line Royal Number R-6372 or Number R-372. D. Working drawings 24-inches by 36-inches or similar in size shall be folded such that they can be bound into the 3-ring binder, their title block is exposed, and they can be folded out without being removed from the binder.   • Servicing and Maintenance Standards On behalf of the Issuer, the Servicer shall (a) manage, service, administer, bill, collect and calculate Securitized Utility Tariff Charges in accordance with the Securitization Law and post collections in respect of the Securitized Utility Tariff Property with reasonable care and in material compliance with applicable Requirements of Law, including all applicable MPSC Regulations and guidelines, using the same degree of care and diligence that the Servicer exercises with respect to similar assets for its own account and, if applicable, for others; (b) follow customary standards, policies and procedures for the industry in Missouri in performing its duties as Servicer; (c) use all reasonable efforts, consistent with its customary servicing procedures, to enforce, and maintain rights in respect of, the Securitized Utility Tariff Property and to bill and collect the Securitized Utility Tariff Charges; (d) comply with all Requirements of Law, including all applicable MPSC Regulations and guidelines, applicable to and binding on it relating to the Securitized Utility Tariff Property; (e) file all MPSC notices described in the Securitization Law and file and maintain the effectiveness of UCC financing statements with respect to the property transferred under the Sale Agreement, and (f) take such other action on behalf of the Issuer to ensure that the Lien of the Indenture Trustee on the Securitized Utility Tariff Collateral remains perfected and of first priority. The Servicer shall follow such customary and usual practices and procedures as it shall deem necessary or advisable in its servicing of all or any portion of the Securitized Utility Tariff Property, which, in the Servicer’s judgment, may include the taking of legal action, at the Issuer’s expense but subject to the priority of payments set forth in Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture.

  • Ordering and Maintenance CBB shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for CBB to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, CBB shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements The Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act, and the Company has taken no action designed to, or which to its knowledge is likely to have the effect of, terminating the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act nor has the Company received any notification that the Commission is contemplating terminating such registration.   • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee.   • Operation and Maintenance 17.1 O&M obligations of the Concessionaire 17.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall operate and maintain the Bus Terminal in accordance with this Agreement either by itself, or through the O&M Contractor and if required, modify, repair or otherwise make improvements to the Bus Terminal to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, and conform to Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice. The obligations of the Concessionaire hereunder shall include: (a) permitting safe, smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic on the Bus Terminal during normal operating conditions. Buses of other state road transport corporations shall be parked inside the Bus Terminal for which no charges shall be payable to the Concessionaire and if any charges are applicable for such parking then it shall be realized by Authority only; (b) minimising incidents affecting the safety and use of the Bus Terminal by providing a rapid and effective response and maintaining liaison with emergency services of the State; (c) carrying out periodic preventive maintenance of the Bus Terminal; (d) undertaking routine maintenance including prompt repairs of ticket counters, Workshops, Authority's Office and other infrastructure as mentioned in the Operation and Maintenance Schedule; (e) undertaking major maintenance such as per the Maintenance Schedule of the major infrastructure in the Bus Terminal; (f) preventing, with the assistance of the concerned law enforcement agencies, any encroachments on the Bus Terminal; (g) protection of the environment and provision of equipment and materials therefor; (h) operation and maintenance of all communication, control and administrative systems necessary for the efficient operation of the Bus Terminal; (i) maintaining a public relations unit to interface with and attend to suggestions from the Users, passengers, government agencies, media and other agencies; (j) complying with Safety Requirements in accordance with Article 18; (k) operation and maintenance of all Project Assets diligently and efficiently and in accordance with Good Industry Practice; (l) maintaining punctuality and reliability in operating the Bus Terminal; and (m) maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the Bus Terminal. 17.1.2 The Concessionaire shall remove promptly from the Bus Terminal all surplus construction machinery and materials, waste materials (including hazardous materials and waste water), rubbish and other debris (including, without limitation, accident debris) and keep the Bus Terminal in a clean, tidy and orderly condition,
