Overtime Lieu Time Full-Time. Where an employee has worked and accumulated approved overtime hours (other than overtime hours related to paid holidays) such employee shall have the option of electing payment at the applicable overtime rate or time off equivalent to the applicable overtime rate (i.e. where the applicable rate is time and one-half (1½), then time off shall be at time and one half times (1½)). Where an employee chooses the latter option, such time off must be taken within the succeeding ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within the twelve (12) months of that work week.

This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.

  • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.
