Overtime - Saturday. Sunday or Public Holiday - Employees who are required to work for a period of continuous overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are entitled to:
a) a meal break of 20 minutes with pay only if they are working during what would be their ordinary hours and the overtime is for more than four continuous hours: and/or
b) meal breaks with pay as set out in Clause 12.2.3.
Overtime - Saturday. Employees will be compensated at the rate of time and one- half their regular rate for all hours worked on Saturday except in those cases where the hours worked on Saturday are a part of the employee’s regularly scheduled shift or workweek or if the employee has worked less than forty hours during the week as a result of having been on an unpaid absence. Unpaid absences of the Union officers, bargaining committee and grievance committee for the purpose of conducting Union business shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime.
Overtime - Saturday. Work on Saturday will be paid at time and one-half rates for the first four (4) consecutive hours. Doubletime will be paid for allhours worked continuously on Saturday in excess of this four (4) consecutive hour period. Notice for non-scheduled work shall be posted not later than Thursday for all employees. Double time will be paid for all hours worked on Sunday and for all hours worked on a holiday, in addition to any holiday pay for which an employee is otherwise eligible. When it becomes necessary to work overtime, men shall not be laid off to equalize the time worked. Overtime - Saturday. Overtime on a Saturday will be paid for a minimum of four hours. If the employee reports for work at the instruction of the employer on a Saturday but is subsequently not required the employee will be paid for a minimum of three hours overtime.

6.8.1 Saturday morning overtime is paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter.
6.8.2 Saturday afternoon/night overtime is paid at the rate of double time.
6.8.3 A minimum period of payment for a period of two (2) hours applies (at the am/pm rate whichever being relevant).
