PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS. 8.5.1 The Employer from time to time schedules parent-teacher interviews outside the regular hours of work. When this is done, the annual school calendar for Almadina Language Charter Academy will be adjusted to ensure that the work day for teachers on days that are scheduled for 8.5.2 The format for Parent-Teacher Interviews can be changed to accommodate specific needs on a case by case basis subject by the ratification of the Collegial Committee as specified in Article 21 of this agreement. 8.5.3 Teachers shall be available to meet with parents at the request of a parent or the school principal by appointment only. PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS. (a) Parent-teacher interview shall normally be scheduled during the Instructional Day as defined in 16.12. (b) When teachers decide to allocate time for parent-teacher interviews outside the Instructional Day as defined in 16.12, such time will be compensated with lieu time. The teacher, in consultation with the principal, will decide the timing of such lieu time. An occasional teacher shall be provided for such absence.
