Personal Business Davs. 1. Four (4) days with pay shall be allowed an employee for personal business, with the exception of twelve (12) month employees who shall receive five (5) days for personal business. Such days are not cumulative and may be taken only when necessary for the execution of business which cannot be taken care of during non-school hours. These days will not be charged to sick leave days.

Personal Business Davs. Each employee covered by this Agreement shall earn two (2) personal business days per year for the purpose of attending to or caring for personal business which by its nature cannot be scheduled outside of the regular work day. Personal business days shall not be used to extend a holiday, vacation period or to extend a period when school is not in session, nor shall personal business days be granted for the purpose of other employment or W any otherJ,eave provision in this Agreement. Personal business days may not be utilized for less than one-half (lh) day increments. In the event the employee does not use the personal business days provided for, such days shall be credited to the employee's sick leave bank the following year. The use of the personal business days must be arranged with the employee's immediate supervisor prior to the use of such days by submission of written application with as much advance notice as possible.
