Phase-in Period. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending (i) with respect to the Consensus Watermark, eighteen (18) months after the date DTLA declares the Consensus Watermark, and (ii) with respect to all other Presently Known Watermark Technologies, on the date DTLA declares the Consensus Watermark, Adopter shall not knowingly design or knowingly develop a Licensed Product or a component thereof for the primary purpose of stripping, interfering with or obscuring such Consensus Watermark or other Presently Known Watermark Technologies in DT Data received by such Licensed Product’s Sink Function or knowingly promote or knowingly advertise or knowingly cooperate in the promotion or advertising of Licensed Products or components thereof for the purpose of stripping, interfering or obscuring such watermarks in such DT Data. For purposes of this Section 6.1, a “Presently Known Watermark Technology” shall mean each of the technologies submitted by the Galaxy group of companies and by the Millennium Group to the DVD Copy Control Association, Inc. in August 1999, and the technology defined as “ARIS/SOLANA-4C,” as required by the SDMI Portable Device Specification, Part 1, Version 1.0 (July 8, 1999).
Phase-in Period. The contractor shall prepare to assume full responsibility for all areas of operation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and resulting task orders. The contractor shall take all actions necessary for a smooth transition of the contracted operations. The phase-in period shall be up to a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days in duration (periods will be established in individual task orders). The Government shall make all facilities and equipment accessible to the contractor within the designated period prior to performance start date. During the phase-in period, the contractor shall, at a minimum: • establish the Project Management Office • recruit and hire necessary personnel • obtain all required certifications and clearances; to include personnel security clearances • participate in joint inventories and sign for GFP • develop and submit any required deliverables • attend post-award meetings as required • accomplish any necessary training to support the functions listed in the PWS.

Phase-in Period. Except when a Contractor or a Subcontractor is granted a waiver pursuant to MCC 2-92-597(g), the Safety Enhancing Requirements set forth above shall apply to:
(A) one-fourth of a Contractor's or a Subcontractor's large vehicles used in the performance of the Contract on or after July 1, 2018 but before July 1, 2019;
(B) one-half of a Contractor's or a Subcontractor's large vehicles used in the performance of the Contract on or after July 1, 2019 but before July 1, 2020;
(C) three-fourths of a Contractor's or a Subcontractor's large vehicles used in the performance of the Contract on or after July 1, 2020 but before July 1, 2021;
(D) all of a Contractor's or a Subcontractor's large vehicles used in the performance of the Contract on or after July 1, 2021.
Phase-in Period. The Parties will mutually agree within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date on the initial Forecast and delivery schedule (“Phase In Period”) * * *; provided however, the Phase In Period will not exceed * * * from the Effective Date. HDS will provide a committed PO for such agreed upon Phase In Period forecast and delivery schedule.
Phase-in Period. During 2013-2014, only instructors and lecturers hired in or before 2003 shall be eligible for promotion. During 2014-2015, only instructors and lecturers hired in or before 2006 shall be eligible for promotion. During 2015-2016, only instructors and lecturers hired in or before 2009 shall be eligible for promotion. Thereafter, all instructors and lecturers who meet normal years of service and other eligibility requirements shall be eligible for promotion.
Phase-in Period. Phase-in Period. SELLER plans to commence pre-operation testing of certain PROJECT equipment and facilities within 20 months of start of PROJECT construction. SELLER shall notify PSE&G in writing of any change in its current projection for the commencement of pre-operation testing. Upon completion of pre-operation testing of PROJECT equipment and facilities, SELLER plans to commence phasing in and conducting test operations of its electric generation units. SELLER anticipates that the phasing-in and test operations of such units will take approximately 4 MONTHS (hereinafter referred to as the "Phase-In Period"). The Phase-In Period will commence on the DATE OF INITIAL OPERATION and, except as otherwise provided in this ARTICLE V, will terminate upon mutual agreement of both PSE&G and SELLER not to be unreasonably withheld. SELLER anticipates that during the Phase-In Period electric power will be produced at the COGENERATION FACILITY and supplied to PSE&G at the RECEIPT POINT. PSE&G shall purchase the electric power produced at the energy rate specified in Section A of ARTICLE IV above. After completion of the INTERCONNECTION and completion of the inspection process specified in ARTICLE XVI, PSE&G shall be obligated to receive at the RECEIPT POINT the electric power and energy produced at the COGENERATION FACILITY and supplied to the RECEIPT POINT. Upon termination of the Phase-In Period, the DATE OF COMMERCIAL OPERATION shall be deemed to have occurred for the purposes of determining the start of the term of the AGREEMENT and payment of charges specified in Section A and Section B of ARTICLE IV.
Phase-in Period. The period between the award date and full performance start date of a Call Order constitutes the phase in-period. During the phase-in period, the Contractor shall prepare to meet all contract requirements and ensure incoming personnel are functionally trained and qualified on the full performance start date. Phase-in transition plans may include, but are not limited to: • Coordination with Government representatives • Review, evaluation and transition of current support services • Transition of historic data to new Contractor system • Government-approved training and certification process • Transfer of hardware warranties and software licenses (if applicable) • Transfer of all necessary business and/or technical documentation • Transfer of compiled and uncompiled source code, to include all versions maintenance updates and patches (if applicable) • Orientation phase and program to introduce Government personnel programs, and users to the Contractor's team, tools, methodologies, and business processes • Distribution of Contractor purchased Government owned assets, including facilities, equipment, furniture, phone lines, computer equipment • Transfer of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Information (GFI), and GFE inventory management assistance • Applicable DHA briefing and personnel in-processing procedures • Coordinate with the Government to account for Government keys ID/access cards, and security codes
