Power of Trustees. Subject to the provisions of this Declaration of Trust, the business of the Trust shall be managed by Trustees, and they shall have all powers necessary or convenient to carry out that responsibility and the purpose of the Trust. Without limiting the foregoing and to the extent not inconsistent with the 1940 Act or other applicable law, the Trustees shall have power and authority for and on behalf of the Trust and each separate Series or Class established hereunder, and the Trustees may:
Power of Trustees. The Trustees have the power to prevent in their own name as Trustees any infringement of the provisions of this Restrictive Agreement, the power to compel the performance of any restrictions set out in this Restrictive Agreement or established by law, and the power to employ counsel. This power granted the Trustees is discretionary and not mandatory.
Power of Trustees. (a) To provide benefits of any kind whatsoever to or for the welfare of the Faculty Members which may include donations to the YUFA Foundation in the name of Faculty Members;
Power of Trustees. The Company and the Local Union agree to sign an "Agreement to be Bound" thereby giving the trustees of the Teamsters and Participating Employers of Ontario Pension Plan (formerly Teamsters of Ontario Pension Plan), the authority and obligation to deal with any Company or Local Union who is late in remitting or fails to remit the required contribution to the aforementioned Plan as outlined in this Agreement. It is further agreed that the parties to this Agreement shall instruct the Trustees of the Pension Plan to retain legal counsel to amend the "Agreement to be Bound" in such a manner that the Trustees will have the authority to sue any delinquent Company or Local Union for late remittance, interest and legal costs incurred.
Power of Trustees. The District Board of Trustees shall have the power to pay all normal budgeted items, pay the normal monthly bills, and pay any unbudgeted items if less than $5,000. Any non-budgeted item(s) in excess of $5,000 is only payable if approved by both the Town of Xxxxxxx Board and the Village of Barneveld Board. It is deemed essential to the operations of the District that the Trustees will rely heavily upon the judgment and advice of the Fire Chief and Rescue Chief in all matters germane to the technical requirements of the Fire Department and Rescue Squad. The District Board of Trustees may approve an officer of the Fire Department taking a leave of absence and the length of such absence. Such officer shall not be paid their salary/benefits while on leave.
Power of Trustees. It is deemed essential to the operations of the District that the Trustees will rely heavily upon the judgment and advice of the Rescue Chief in all matters germane to the technical requirements of the Rescue Squad. The Rescue Board of Trustees may approve an officer of the Rescue Squad taking a leave of absence and the length of such absence. Such officer shall not be paid their salary/benefits while on leave.
Power of Trustees. 6.1 The Trustees shall determine all questions of coverage and eligibility methods of providing or arranging for benefits, and all other related matters. They shall have full power to construe the provisions of this Agreement and the terms used herein. Any such determination and any such construction adopted by the Trustees in good faith shall be binding upon all parties hereto and the beneficiaries hereof provided it in consistent with the statutes of Kansas and the rules and regulations of the Department.
Power of Trustees. (a) The Trustees shall be responsible for the management of all the affairs of the Trust and may exercise all the powers and authorities conferred by these presents or by law.

The Board of Trustees shall have the following power; To call for and collect and receive funds and such funds may be utilized by them for such purposes and objects of the Trust as they deem fit. To accept and receive contributions, donations, gifts and grants. To acquire movable and immovable property by purchase or otherwise To erect or cause to be erected buildings or building equipments and machinery for the benefit and attainment of the objects of the Trust. To sell, transfer, exchange, alienate or mortgage movable or immovable properties belonging to the Trust. To manage administer and control properties and all assets of the Trust directly or indirectly and all institution connected with the Trust. To demand , call for and realize money and other assets due or belonging to the Trust and issue receipts and vouchers for the receipt of the same. To employ necessary staffs for the management, administration and running of the Trust in general and for the institution in particular and for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the Trust on such terms as may appear proper to the trustees and to delegate and to allot to such staff from time to time such powers and duties as may be necessary in the usual course of business, To appoint from time to time and at any time to suspend , dismiss, remove or discharge any person under their control including clerks, accountants, and to re-employ them with such powers and duties and upon such either by giving one month notice or by giving one month salary as the Board of trustees shall think proper. The Board shall have the full power to make, amend, delete or rescend rule and by-laws of the Trust. To do all acts and things which are connected with the administration of the Trust in general and of the institutions in particular and which are deemed by the trustees to be in the best interest of the Trust and desirable. FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE BEARERS: ( Typing option within 300 words) RECEIPTS OF CONTRIBUTIONS AND BANK ACCOUNTS : All the money should be received only on account of or in the name of the TRUST and receipts should be issued under the seal of the Trust and must be signed by the President or Secretary or the persons authorised by the Board by a resolution recorded in the minute book. Power of Trustees. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Trustees shall be vested with all of the rights, powers and privileges of every kind and character of an owner in respect to the stock held under this Agreement, including the rights to vote this stock, either in person or by proxy, for every purpose.
