Prior Work Experience Credit. Prior to employment with the District, applicants with prior work experience shall be awarded such work experience if it is related to position duties and responsibilities noted in the relevant job description and verifiable with a copy of a prior job description and by a prior employer (if possible). Any such work experience must have been within the ten year period immediately prior to proposed employment in the District. New applicants may be granted placement up to step 3 if it meets the provisions of this document. Prior experience above step 3 shall be awarded only with mutual agreement of Director of Human Resources and the DESPA President or DESPA Designee. Any employee returning from an extended leave of absence will retain full salary placement credit as defined in Article VIII – Extended Leaves of Absence A7. Any former employee whose prior job was in Schedule B of the contract and is re- employed shall be granted full credit for prior District 61 employment.

Prior Work Experience Credit. Experience credit for work experience prior to initial employment shall be awarded if such work experience is relevant (as related to position duties and responsibilities noted in the relevant job description) and verifiable. Any such work experience must have been within the ten (10) year period immediately prior to initial employment in the District. Any such credit awarded shall be limited to one (1) year of credit for each two (2) years of eligible work experience, up to a maximum of five (5) years of District credit (a total of no more than ten (10) years of eligible prior work experience). In order to receive such prior experience credit, the employee must verify the credit within 60 calendar days of initial employment. The failure to provide such verification will result in the loss of such experience credit. *Formula for creditable years – 3.5% per year up to five years (i.e. 2 years credit – base hourly rate x 7.0). At the sole discretion of the Board, when a new employee is hired, experience in personally owned or family owned businesses may be creditable. No new hire shall be placed at a higher salary than a current employee with the same experience and training. Prior part-time employment outside the District is subject to the same eligibility standards and restrictions noted above, provided, however, that to be granted District credit for prior part-time work experience such work experience must have been at least 20 hours per week. For new hires, the Board will have sole discretion in granting partial credit for lunch room supervisors and regular classroom aides who have fewer than 20 hours a week in prior experience. Related to Prior Work Experience Credit

  • Experience Credit a. For the purpose of this article, a teacher teaching on call (TTOC) shall be credited with one (1) day of experience for each full-time equivalent day worked.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Experience Credits Full credit for public school teaching outside of the District shall be granted up to the limits of the salary schedule.

  • Subprojects 1. The Borrower shall make Grants to Beneficiaries (Small Farmers, Municipalities and Organizations) for Subprojects (Farmers’ Business Initiatives, Infrastructure Subprojects and Environmental Subprojects) in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Bank as further detailed in the Project Operational Manual.

  • Leadwork Differential (a) Leadwork differential shall be defined as a differential for employees who have been formally assigned by their supervisor in writing, “leadwork” duties for ten (10) consecutive calendar days (or the equivalent thereof for alternate or flexible schedules) or longer provided the leadwork or team leader duties are not included in the classification specification for the employee’s position. Leadwork is where, on a recurring daily basis, the employee has been directed to perform substantially all of the following functions: to orient new employees, if appropriate; assign and reassign tasks to accomplish prescribed work efficiently; give direction to workers concerning work procedures; transmit established standards of performance to workers; review work of employees for conformance to standards; and provide informal assessment of workers’ performance to the supervisor.

  • Experience Pay An employee hired by the Hospital with recent and related experience, may claim at the time of hiring on a form supplied by the Hospital, consideration for such experience. Any such claim shall be accompanied by verification of previously related experience. The Hospital shall then evaluate such experience during the probationary period. Where, in the Hospital’s opinion such experience is relevant, the employee shall be slotted in that step of the wage progression consistent with one (1) year’s service for every one (1) year of related experience in the classification on the completion of the employee’s probationary period. It is understood and agreed that this shall not constitute a violation of the wage schedule of the Collective Agreement.

  • General Experience The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.
