Project Status Meetings. Consultant shall: • Meet with City staff monthly to review project status. Meetings shall be at the City’s office and will be attended by the Consultant’s Project Manager, Project Engineer and other key personnel as determined to be necessary. • Prepare an agenda for each of the progress meetings. • Prepare meeting minutes (bulleted format) to document key information items and decisions made. An action item list will be generated from each meeting, as required. A total of seven (7) 1-hour project status meetings over the duration of the project design are assumed for budgeting purposes.

Project Status Meetings. The Contractor shall conduct project status meetings with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on a monthly basis unless otherwise directed by the COR. The purpose of the meetings shall be to review status and progress of all projects. The Contractor shall prepare electronic, written or visual presentations for such meetings IAW CDRL A003.
Project Status Meetings. The XXXX shall ensure the appropriate members of the XXXX attend weekly meetings with the Owner Project Team and staff to discuss project progress, schedule and status, technical issues, cost concerns, potential changes and conflicts, and upcoming events and activities. The purpose of these meetings is to maintain clear communication with the Library and the Owner Project Team.
Project Status Meetings. Each month during the Term, at the time and location reasonably designated by the Board, Vendor’s Project Manager and other appropriate members of Vendor’s Project Team shall meet in person (or, if approved by the Board, via teleconference) with the Board’s Project Manager and any other appropriate members of the Board’s Project Team for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the status and progress of the Project, and the development and implementation of the System, during the preceding month, including with regard to any problems that have occurred and could delay or impact performance of anticipated activities, and any problems reasonably anticipated in the future.
Project Status Meetings. The County and the Tenant shall hold progress meetings as reasonably requested by either Party (“Progress Meetings”), provided that the requesting Party shall give the other Party (_ ) business days prior written notice (“Progress Meeting Notice”). At such Progress Meetings or at any other time during construction, the County shall have the right to request copies of and review any documents provided to the Tenant related to the construction or operation of the Project. In addition, the County shall have the right to attend any meetings which the Tenant has a right to attend, pursuant to the development agreement, management agreement and/or other material agreements entered into by the Tenant for the design, planning, construction or operation of the Project. These same requirements shall apply to construction of Alterations.
Project Status Meetings. For regular project status meetings, Contractor Project Manager shall provide a meeting agenda and any handouts at least one business day in advance of the scheduled meeting.
Project Status Meetings. 3.6.2.1. After the initial kick-off meeting, Contractor shall arrange and attend Project Status Meetings at least once a month to provide status on progress, schedule, and any other pertinent items.
3.6.2.2. Prior to each Project Status Meeting, Contractor shall provide the City:

Project Status Meetings. 6.5.3.1 After the initial kickoff meeting, Contractor shall arrange and facilitate project status meetings at least twice a month in the early project stages to provide status on progress, schedule, and any other pertinent items. Meeting cadence can taper off as the project progresses and when mutually agreed upon by both parties.
6.5.3.2 Prior to each project status meeting, Contractor must provide to the City: • An action item list that specifies items to be completed within the next reporting cycle, with the person responsible for the completion of the item noted; and • An updated Project Schedule showing current status of each task.
6.5.3.3 After each project status meeting, Contractor shall: • Submit a draft of the minutes of the project status meeting in electronic format within five (5) calendar days. The minutes must include the names of meeting attendees and details pertaining to discussions, issues, and items agreed upon by City and Contractor. City will have five (5) working days from receipt of the draft of the minutes of the project status meeting to submit comments; and • Submit a final version of the minutes of the project status meeting within two (2) business days after receipt of City’s comments on the draft of the project status meeting minutes. City shall have the final authority on any conflicts between the information contained in the draft of the minutes of the project status meeting and the information contained in the final version of the minutes of the status meeting.
