Registration and Membership. 2.1. You will be registered as an Oriflame Brand Partner after we have accepted your application and have granted you a Brand Partner number. The conditions of your acceptance as an Oriflame Brand Partner are stipulated in the Membership Rules section of the Rules of Conduct. 2.2. You will be required to provide your valid Identity and Address Proof at the time of registration. 2.3. If decided by you, the costs of a starter kit – a set of documents and manuals helping to start your cooperation with us - will be billed on your first purchase invoice. 2.4. Both you and Oriflame may at any time terminate your membership as stipulated further in the Terms. 2.5. Your membership will expire immediately after 12 months from the date of last BP order placed. Further, all new registration will be terminated if BP order is not placed within 180 days of joining. However, it is clarified that in such case prospectus can re-apply for registration with the Company 2.6. The membership is personal to you and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person without our prior written consent. 2.7. If you are exceptionally registering a sponsored person on her and or his behalf, we would assume that you have obtained her/his authorisation in writing and will present it to us or any third parties upon request. You can obtain this authorisation by using the Information and Consent Sheet. Unauthorised registrations are not allowed. We will keep you fully liable for any claims, costs and sums incurred due to such registration. In addition, the person whom you have registered may have claims against you on the basis of the applicable privacy and civil laws. You may also be, in some cases subject to criminal proceedings. 2.8. Upon your registration: • You will be entitled to buy Oriflame Products in accordance with these Terms as well as use the other benefits set out in the Oriflame Success Plan; • You will be obliged to adhere strictly to the rules of these Terms including the rules of any documents referred to in them. 2.9. Your Oriflame ID Card and training manual will be sent to you on your email ID or shall be provided to you in your profile page with Oriflame.

The conditions of your acceptance as an Oriflame Brand Partner are stipulated in the Membership Rules section of the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. 2.2. You will have an option to buy a business kit, a set of documents and manuals helping to start your association with us which in case you want, will be billed on your first or subsequent purchase invoice. 2.4. An applicant must be atleast 18 years of age to be a Brand Partner. 2.5. Both you and Oriflame may at any time terminate your membership as stipulated further in the Terms. 2.6. Your membership will expire after 12 months from the calendar month in which your last BP order was placed. Further, all new registration will be immediately terminated if a BP order is not placed by the end of 2 calendar months after the calendar month in which you have registered with Oriflame. For the avoidance of doubt and as an example, your registration with Oriflame will be terminated in September 2020 end, if you register on July 01, 2020 and do not place a BP order in July, 2020 or August, 2020 or September, 2020. However, it is clarified that in such case prospectus can re-apply for registration with the Company. 2.7. The membership is personal to you and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person without our prior written consent and as provided in Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.

Once you have submitted this information you become an administrative member (an “Administrative Member”). All information you provide to register is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. (e) The Administrative Account will hold and control each Individual Account for your company or organization. The Administrative User will have authority regarding the administration of your Individual Account. For example, the Administrative User may determine who can create and register an Individual Account, number of Individual Accounts, and set the options and restrictions for each Individual Account. Registration and Membership. 1.1. By registering as a member of the GLL, you affirm you meet the criteria set forth for membership. 1.2. By registering as a member of the GLL, you agree to comply with the Participation Rules, maintaining a profession conduct and maintaining the integrity of the purpose of the GLL. 1.3. Your membership is continuous and would not be revoked by the GLL with the exception of violation of the aforementioned agreement. Infractions of the agreement will be sent directly from the WHO GLL Team in written form. Continuous violation, despite written warning will result in removal of your registration and membership status of the GLL. 1.4. Members will have the opportunity to participate in Learning Pods, which are smaller, private groups that are self-defined and governed. Logistical support will be provided by the WHO GLL Team with protected space on the GLL site as a ‘sub-community’ of the GLL. Session Plan Membership entitles you to attend either 5 or 10 sessions of our Services, as may be agreed at registration. Personal Training Membership entitles you to 10, 20 or 30 sessions of one-on-one personal training at Team Highlight Reel, as may be agreed at registration. 2.4 Each Membership is for a single user only. Your Membership is non-assignable and non- transferable, except with our prior written approval. All payments made for your Membership are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances including but not limited to the cases of suspension and early termination of your Membership, for any reason whatsoever. A holder of Fixed Term Membership may request that your membership be suspended, but the acceptance of such request shall be at our sole discretion with or without basis. 2.5 In the event of inappropriate and/or unauthorised Membership use or your breach of any terms and/or conditions contained herein, we may terminate, restrict or suspend (for such period and on such terms, if any, as we deem fit...
