Relocation Allowances. 8.1 For the purposes of this Clause "prescribed expenses" means:
8.1.1 Legal fees;
8.1.2 Agent's commission;
8.1.3 Stamp duty;
8.1.4 Fees associated with the transfer of title;
8.1.5 Expenses relating to the execution or discharge of a first mortgage; and
8.1.6 Any reasonable costs as determined by the Vice-Chancellor or Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor of advertising for sale of a dwelling-house.
Relocation Allowances. The Employer agrees that, in the matters identified above, new policies will not be introduced and existing regulations and directives will not be cancelled nor amended in such a way to affect employees covered by this Agreement until such time as the Alliance has been provided an opportunity to consider and consult on the proposals.
Relocation Allowances. An employee whose headquarters is changed as a result of a promotion, voluntary/involuntary transfer or demotion shall be reimbursed for relocation expenses in accordance with the PSC relocation policy, Appendix H. Relocation expenses would include but not be limited to the following: - search for accommodation at new work location - moving of primary household effects - in-transit insurance - transportation of personal motor vehicle - travel to new work location - storage costs of household location - temporary accommodation at new work location - maintenance of original domicile - residential property expenses - incidental expenses
Relocation Allowances. The Company shall pay to the Executive, or to a third party on the Executive’s behalf as agreed by the Company and the Executive, the following amounts related to the commencement of the Executive’s employment with the Company: (i) $19,500, such amount to be paid within thirty (30) days of the sale of the Executive’s Cincinnati residence, and (ii) $50,000, such amount being related to certain reimbursement obligations of Executive and relocation expenses incurred by Executive and to be paid from time to time a reasonably agreed by the Executive and the Company. Amounts payable under the subparagraph (g) will be grossed up for taxes. In addition to the foregoing payments, the Company will reimburse the Executive for reasonable and necessary commuting and temporary living expenses related to the transition of the Executive to the Company’s Stamford, Connecticut headquarters. The Executive and the Company will work to structure all payments under this subparagraph (g) as necessary to minimize the impact of Federal and state taxes.
Relocation Allowances. Upon the request by the company for the Officer to relocate her permanent residence, the Company shall pay for all moving cost plus an allowance of $10,000 for the relocation.
Relocation Allowances. An Employee whose headquarters is changed voluntarily shall be reimbursed for relocation expenses to a maximum of $2500. An Employee whose headquarters is changed involuntarily shall be reimbursed for reasonable relocation expenses. Estimates from three
Relocation Allowances. (i) The Company shall pay the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to Executive towards reimbursement of relocation expenses for which no accounting shall be required from Executive by Company if, and only if, Executive relocates to a location in or in proximity to Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania prior to the consummation of an initial public offering of the Company's securities
(ii) If and only if the Company has not paid a payment to Executive pursuant to subsection f(i) above, and the Company has consummated an initial public offering of the Company's securities, then the Company shall reimburse Executive or otherwise provide for or pay all reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in relocating his residence from its existing location to a location in or in proximity to Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, including settlement costs of selling his present residence, settlement costs related to the purchase
Relocation Allowances. Vistaprint shall pay you the one-time allowances listed below in Euros or USD (calculated using the spot currency exchange rate on the date of payment), in all cases subject to Section 7 below.
Relocation Allowances. Relocation allowances may be paid to compensate an Employee who relocates from one town to another in the interests of PathCentre. An employee who is transferred solely at his or her own request or on account of misconduct must bear the whole cost of removal unless otherwise determined by PathCentre. Should an employee resign prior to having completed 12 months service after relocation PathCentre may seek to recoup, on a pro rata costs basis, the relocation costs. Relocation Allowances. The Employer will reimburse Employee for actual move expenses up to a maximum of $15,000. Such expenses shall be limited to costs incurred in connection with the transportation of Employee’s family and household furnishings, fixtures, and automobiles.
