Renewal and Cancellation. While the relevant Supplementary Accident Contract is in force and during the lifetime of the Insured, you may renew such Supplementary Accident Contract by advance payment of the appropriate annual premiums on each Policy Anniversary before the maximum renewal age as specified in the relevant Supplementary Contract. We reserve the right to revise or adjust the premium rate, terms and conditions at the time of such renewal, and to disapprove or cease to invite any applications for renewal at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any Supplementary Accident Contract at any time by giving a 30-day prior written notice to the Policyholder. The unearned portion of the premium at the time of cancellation shall be returned.

Absence in case of illness or individual regulatory restrictions: MamaLab reserves the right to cancel childcare sessions in case of illness of our staff. In this case purchased days will be credited 100% cost value of days unused to be applied at a later date subject to availability, or monetarily refunded 50% per day unused. In case your child falls ill or is absent due to regulatory restrictions (eg: quarantine) we’ll credit 50% cost value of the lost childcare time in the event that the membership is renewed. If the membership is not renewed, any absence or unused sessions on account of the member for any reason will not be refunded. Renewal and Cancellation. Two months before each new support period, FREEXIAN SARL initiates a renewal process and shares the price of the active ELTS subscriptions for the next half-year. The Customer can choose : • to stop all the ELTS subscriptions entirely; • to stop some of the ELTS subscriptions, and renew the remaining ones, with or without changes to their package list; • to renew all the ELTS subscriptions for all Debian releases, with or without changes to their package list; The Customer can cancel the support contract at any time by sending an email to xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Renewal and Cancellation. Once a subscription period (initial or renewal) commences, all fees paid for that subscription period are non-refundable, except pursuant to Section 15.2.
