Request Management and Fulfillment. Service Provider shall be responsible for the fulfillment of Service Requests in compliance with policies and procedures set forth in the Service Management Manual and Managed by MSI. Service Provider responsibilities include: 1. Actively participate in work with the MSI to develop and document processes. 2. Actively cooperate with the MSI in implementing and maintaining Request Management and Fulfillment processes that are flexible and facilitate effective communication and coordination across all functional areas. 3. Actively cooperate in information exchange between and among the Service Provider, the MSI, other DCS Service Provider(s), DIR and DIR Customer, and/or Third Party Vendor(s) to improve end-to-end Request Management. 4. Integrate Service Provider Request Management process with the MSI’s Request Management process and systems, where the processes interact. 4.1. Facilitate the automation or mechanization of Service Requests between Service Provider, other DCS Service Provider(s) and other Third Party Vendor systems. 5. Integrate Service Provider’s Request Management process with the other Service Management processes, especially including Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Program Management. 6. Facilitate the transparency of Request Management through appropriate processes to provide a complete audit trail for the MSI to meet the legislative and policy requirements to which DIR and DIR Customer must comply. 7. Actively support the MSI as appropriate to assure the proper exercise of Request Management activities across all functions and organizations that provide services to DIR Customers. 8. Establish on-going working relationship with the MSI, DIR and DIR Customers for effective Request Governance and the overall effective execution of the Request Management processes across all DCS Service Provider(s), and in compliance with the Governance provisions of this agreement. 9. Accept end-to-end responsibility and assign ownership for each Service Request to a single Service Provider staff member, thus minimizing redundant contacts between Service Provider(s) and Authorized Users. 10. Communicate and coordinate the Request Management processes and policies within Service Provider own organization, and as appropriate to DCS Service Providers associated with Services. 11. Request Management and Fulfillment. Service Provider shall be responsible for the enabling and managing all requests for DCS related Services from DIR and DIR Customers from the initial request through fulfillment of such requests via Services from multiple sources, such as other Service Component Providers, Third Party Vendors, DIR or DIR Customers. Service Provider’s responsibilities include: 1. Facilitate and lead in the development and documentation of processes with Service Provider and other Service Component Provider(s). 2. Facilitate and lead in the implementation and maintenance of Request Management and Fulfillment processes that are flexible and facilitate effective communication and coordination across all functional areas, with other Service Component Provider(s) DIR and DIR Customers. 3. Facilitate and lead information exchange between and among Service Provider and other Service Component Provider(s), DIR and DIR Customer, and/or Third Party Vendor(s) to improve end-to-end Request Management. 4. Validate that the Request Management processes provides an audit trail that meets the legislative and policy requirements to which DIR and DIR Customer must comply.
Request Management and Fulfillment. Service Provider shall be responsible for the fulfillment of Service Requests in compliance with processes in the SMM.
Request Management and Fulfillment. The Contractor shall assist in the coordination of all requests for program related services (changes) from Authorized Users. It shall ensure requests are managed from the initial request through fulfillment of such requests via services from multiple sources, such as Service Providers, Third Party Vendors and Customers. While the majority of Service Requests are minor (such as standard changes), the Request Management Main Process directs more complicated requests to the solution design process.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Contract Management Contractor shall report to the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee who will review the activities and performance of the Contractor and administer this Contract.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
