RESERVATION OF MANAGEMENT. The management of the Board's operations and the direction of its employees shall continue to be vested exclusively with the Board, and shall, among other things, include the right to hire, discharge, pro- xxxx, demote and discipline employees. The exercise of these func- tions shall be subject to the right of the employee to grieve to the extent and manner provided herein if any of the provisions of this Agreement are violated.

RESERVATION OF MANAGEMENT. Section 1 The Company retains all of the rights and functions of management except to the extent they are expressly and specifically modified or limited by the written, specific provisions of this Agreement. The rights retained by the Company include, but are not limited to: the right to determine the direction of the workforce, the products to be manufactured, the location of work, the schedules of production, the schedules of hours and shifts, and the methods, processes and means of manufacturing; the right to hire, promote, demote and transfer employees; the right to establish reasonable policies and rules of conduct in addition to any rules contained in this Agreement; the right to discharge or discipline for just cause: the right to determine, establish, change and modify production and quality standards; the right to determine the number of personnel, methods, means and facilities by which operations are conducted; the right to determine and control the amount of overtime; the right to expand, reduce, alter, combine, transfer, assign, or cease any job, department, operation, or service; and the right to determine what work, if any, that shall be performed by contractors, except as may be limited by this Agreement. The Company explicitly retains any and all rights which are not covered by this Agreement.
