SCOPE & PURPOSE. 1.01 The Scope and the Purpose of this Collective Agreement are to maintain an orderly employment relationship between the parties; to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable resolution of employment related complaints, grievances and disputes; to promote co-operation and understanding between the Employer and members of the bargaining unit; and to recognize the mutual value of joint discussions and negotiations in matters pertaining to the improvement of working conditions, scale of wages, employee benefits and other employment-related matters.
1.02 The Employer recognizes all members of the CUPE 3906 - Unit 3 bargaining unit as valuable members of the McMaster University academic community.
1.03 The parties acknowledge their joint responsibility to encourage and support teaching and research excellence and recognize the contributions of Postdoctoral Fellows to McMaster University.
1.04 The parties agree to administer this Collective Agreement in good faith and in a fair and reasonable manner.
1.05 The parties recognize and acknowledge that McMaster University is located on the traditional territories of the Mississauga and Haudenosaunee nations, and within the lands protected by the “Dish With One Spoon” Wampum agreement.

(b) Although the primary objective of this agreement pertains to the resolution and improvement of non-academic matters, the Employer recognizes all members of CUPE 3906 - Unit 2 as valuable members of the McMaster University teaching and academic community.
(c) The parties acknowledge their joint responsibility to encourage teaching excellence and that these acknowledgements include the recognition of the contributions of Sessional Faculty and Hourly-Rated Sessional Music Faculty to McMaster University.
(d) The Parties agree to administer this Collective Agreement in good faith and in a fair and reasonable manner.

SCOPE & PURPOSE. The Subsidiaries acknowledge that we serve patients who may or may not currently have insurance coverage and who do not qualify for their charity policy but remain unable to pay the full cost of their medical care. The purpose of this policy is to identify circumstances in which the Subsidiaries may assist patients with meeting their financial obligations in a fair and equitable manner. We realize that out-of-pocket expenses continue to increase and we want to ensure a fair and consistent process to accommodate our patient’s financial needs. We are committed to establishing the appropriate guidelines and procedures for communicating our assistance guidelines to our patients, their families and our staff. Our goal is to educate our staff so they can better assist patients who are struggling to pay their bills.
SCOPE & PURPOSE. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide through collective bargaining for fair and equitable relations between the Employer and the employees to secure an amicable and fair disposition of grievance and permit efficient operation of the Employer’s business and protection of the interests of the public. It is the intent of the Employer and the Unions to achieve and to sustain maximum productivity per employee during the term of this Agreement. In return to the Employer for the wage rates and working conditions herein provided and consistent with the principle of a fair day’s work for fair day’s pay, the Unions pledge its agreement with the objective of achieving the highest level of employee performance and efficiency consistent with safety, good health and sustained effort.
SCOPE & PURPOSE. 2.1. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all our Services and offers of Services, notwithstanding contradictory provisions appearing on order bills or other documents sent out or otherwise used by the Client which are hereby explicitly rejected.
2.2. By ordering, the Client expressly recognizes that he has knowledge of and that he accepts the present General Terms and Conditions unconditionally, including our specific terms and conditions applicable to the relevant services ordered. In case of contradiction, the specific terms and conditions shall prevail.

2.2. By ordering our Offline Searching Services, the Client expressly recognizes that he has knowledge of and that he accepts the present specific terms and conditions unconditionally.
2.3. To engage us, all orders must be accepted by us in writing.

SCOPE & PURPOSE.
1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is: to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and those employees covered by this Agreement with the Association; to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances; to eliminate interruption of work and to promote, to the fullest extent possible, efficient and economical operation of the Employer’s business; and to maintain fair wages, hours and working conditions for the said employees, as set out in this Agreement.
SCOPE & PURPOSE a. The Licensor does hereby grant and deliver by way of Lease to the Licensee and the Licensee takes on Lease from the Licensor, the demised premise.
b. The Licensee shall use the Leased Premises for residential purpose only for himself/herself, Xxxxxxxx guests and family members and for no other purpose.
c. The Licensor shall provide to the Licensee the benefit of all fittings and furniture as specified to the Selected apartment/ Flat/ Premises/ Property, amenities and conveniences installed in respect of, or in addition to the Leased Premises.
d. The Licensee and his/her visitors have the right to use the doorways, entrance halls, staircases, elevators, landings, lobbies and passages in the building, and the compound of the building leading to the Leased Premises, for ingress thereto and egress therefrom
