Section Vacation. Percentage is calculated on the basis of the previous vacation year's subject to the provisions of the Federal Canada Labour Code. C An employee shall be eligible for the additional week of vacation or vacation pay when he has worked past his 5th or 10th anniversary date of employment. D The amount of vacation time off and pay will be reduced by 1/52 for each straight-time hours of absence for any reason (except personal illness up to days annually) during the previous calendar year. In the application of this provision, an employee lo years of continuous service will not have his vacation time and pay reduced to less than weeks (vacation pay at a minimum of straight-time hours). Employees with or more continuous years of service will not have their vacation time and pay reduced to less than weeks (vacation pay at a minimum of straight-time hours). E Vacation pay will be paid at the time the employee takes his vacation provided the Company has days of advanced notice.

D An employee who has completed one or more years of continuous service who worked less than hours in the previous calendar year, will be eligible for prorated vacation. Prorated vacation will be granted on the basis of 1/10 of an employee's full vacation for each full hours the employee worked in the calendar year prior to the calendar year in which the vacation is taken. Note Time lost from an employee’s regular schedule because the employee is on vacation, absent because of personal illness up to days annually, or because of the occurrence of an holiday shall count as hours worked in computing vacation eligibility. E Vacation pay will be paid at the time the employee takes his vacation provided the Company has days of advanced notice.

C The amount of vacation time off will be reduced by for each straight time hours of absence for any reason (except personal illness up to days annually) during the previous calendar year. In the application of this provision, an employee with 1 to 5 years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than 2 weeks. Employees with 8 or more years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than 3 weeks. D Vacation pay will be paid at the time the employee takes his vacation provided the Company has 7 days of advanced notice.
Section Vacation. Vacations are granted for the purpose of affording a period of rest and recreation. Vacations are earned in the current year and granted in the following year. Vacations may not be postponed from one year to another or waived to draw double pay, nor shall any employee during the vacation period substitute for another employee. Management shall schedule vacations in keeping with efficiency. An employee transferring to another Division will be required to his or her vacation in the new Division. .

In the applicationof this provision, an employee with Ithrough years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than weeks. Employees with or more years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than weeks. D Vacation pay will be paid at the time the employee takes his vacation provided the Company has days of advanced notice.

He shall be eligible for pay in lieu of his 5th week of vacation at the time he crosses his 20th anniversary date of employment. C The amount of vacation time off will be reduced by 1/52 for each straight time hours of absence for any reason (except personal illness or compensable related illness or injury up to days annually) during the previous payroll year. In the application of this provision, an employee with to years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than weeks. An employee with or more years of continuous service will not have his vacation time reduced to less than weeks. D Vacation pay will be paid at the time the employee takes his vacation provided the Company has days of advanced notice.
Section Vacation. Section Vacation. Any of the General Holidays as listed falling within an employee's annual vacation shall be paid in addition to the employee's annual vacation pay. Section Each regular employee will be entitled to one (I) Floating Holiday in accordance with Section Such floating holiday shall be scheduled on a day that is mutually agreed upon between the Company and the employee. ARTICLE -VACATIONSWITH PAY Section Vacation Pay for Employees with less than One Year's All employees with less than one (1) year of employment shall receive vacation pay in accordance with the regulations established under the Canada Labour Standards Code as of July or any subsequent amendment thereto. Section Vacation for Employees with One (1) Year of Employees who have completed one (I)year of employment shall receive two (2) weeks vacation with pay. Section Vacation for Employees with Three (3) Years of Employees who have completed three (3) years of employment by November 30th in any year shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay; however, if an employee has not completed his three (3) years of employment when taking his vacation, the pay for the third (3rd) week shall be delayed until his third (3rd) anniversary date of employment. Section Vacation for Employees with Eight (8) Years of Employees who have completed eight (8) years of employment by November 30th in any year shall receive four (4) weeks vacation with pay; however, if an employee has not completed his eight (8) years of employment when taking his vacation, the pay for the fourth (4th) week shall be delayed until his eighth (8th) anniversary date of employment.
