Task Products. An original reproducible copy, and up to 40 hard copies and an electronic copy in both Word and Adobe (pdf) formats will be provided of the following task products:
Task Products. This task will be deemed completed after the following submittals are received and approved by the Department: Final Technical memorandum. Prior to submitting the final technical memorandum, the Consultant shall submit the document as a draft. If changes need to be made, the Department will request a modified draft. The final technical memorandum shall be submitted only after an acceptable draft, which generates no comments from the Department is submitted. It is expected that the number of drafts submitted to the Department will vary based on the quality of the submittal. The final technical memorandum shall contain the name and contact information of the Consultant’s engineer who managed the task. Crash summary tables. Each submission of the draft and the final technical memorandum shall be submitted with the supporting crash summary tables. The crash summary tables shall be developed using a spreadsheet compatible with MS-Office Excel 2007 and submitted to the Department in an electronic format.
Task Products. A. Recipient shall prepare and submit an initial timeline with key milestone activities/tasks schedule, including estimated start and end dates for each activity, and an estimate of state reimbursement to be requested for each activity.
B. If applicable, the Recipient shall provide one (1) set of substantially complete (approximately 90 percent) preliminary design/permit documents (drawings and specifications manual) for review and comment by the Division. As applicable to the project, the design/permit documents shall include site survey information, landscaping, civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings.
C. If applicable, the Recipient shall provide one (1) set of near bid-ready or pre-construction design/permit documents (drawings and specifications manual) for review and comment by the Division. D. The Recipient shall provide the Division with copies of large missile impact envelope protective system or product test certifications, reports or Notices of Acceptance. Documentation shall demonstrate that the system(s) and product(s) meet the large missile impact performance requirements of the scope-of-work. Failure to provide the required documentation, or disapproval of the documentation by the Division, shall result in denial of funds.
E. The construction documents shall demonstrate that the identified building’s work shall meet the wind load, wind-borne debris impact and flood design requirements set forth in Scope of Work Items II.D through II.
I. Failure to supply the required documentation, or disapproval of this documentation by the Division, shall result in denial or reduction of funds at the sole discretion of the Division.
F. If applicable, the Recipient shall provide one (1) set of final or “as-built” construction documents certified by the applicable registered or licensed design professional(s) of record upon completion of the project.
G. The Recipient shall provide the Division with copy(s) of pertinent construction and regulatory permits, observation/inspection reports (if any), certificate of completion (or written acceptance of completed work by building official), and photographs documenting pre-construction conditio...

Electronic files provided to the department shall be named according to the following rule: Rule: Year-month-day-SectionNumber-milepost.extension Example: 2009-01-25-86015000-002.063.pdf Example description: Count taken on January 25, 2009 in the intersection of SR 818 (Xxxxxxx Road) and Nob Hill Road / SW 100 Avenue When such a rule does not allow the Consultant to provide a description of the location where the counts were taken (ex., counts taken on a state road without a section number, etc), the Consultant shall request a new naming convention/rule from the Department’s project manager.
Task Products. A. The update will include task costs and a schedule. Final Functional Update of Non-Media Outreach Plan – The draft update will be finalized and approved by the County Project lead after receipt of comments and appropriate revision. A summary will be prepared briefly explaining the major changes that were and were not incorporated based on the comments received. Draft annual report on the measurement of Non-Media Outreach – The draft report will include a summary of the “Quads” developed for use by the Orange County Permittees and the number of impressions achieved through direct outreach (including the number of articles, events, attendance, number of materials distributed, number of partners, list of value added resources and approximate dollar value of resources and any other measurement tools that can be incorporated to assist the Permittees in their annual reporting needs); and Final annual report on the measurement of Non-Media Outreach – The draft report will be finalized and approved by the County Project lead after receipt of comments and appropriate revision.
