Teacher Notification. Teachers shall be given notice and a copy of any personnel file information released prior to such release.
Teacher Notification. Each teacher with responsibility for the education of a student on an IEP shall be provided with electronic access to the IEP, be provided an explanation of what they are responsible to do to help achieve IEP goals and objectives and be advised that they can speak to any IEP team member if they have questions or concerns about the IEP or student progress.

Teacher Notification. The teacher shall notify the Human Resources Office in writing of the anticipated date of commencement and approximate termination date of the leave at least sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated commencement of the leave. Extenuating circumstances may change the notification of the commencement and termination date of the leave. The teacher shall make every effort to have such leave terminate immediately prior to the beginning of a new school term or semester. The Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources may waive any of the above conditions if circumstances warrant a waiver.
