The work schedule will be determined by the company depending upon the needs of the business. Authorized hours worked in excess of the normal work week of 40 hours or the normal daily assigned work schedule of either eight (8) or ten (10) hours will be compensated at one and one-half times (1.5X) the regular hourly rate.
