It is agreed that an employee who is posted as a “Driver” or an employee who is trained as a driver and while working in the “Driver” classification may be assigned to a work schedule consisting of either four (4) days per week, ten (10) hours per day with at least two (2) consecutive days off or five (5) consecutive days per week, eight (8) hours per day with two (2) consecutive days off. The work schedule will be determined by the company depending upon the needs of the business. Authorized hours worked in excess of the normal work week of 40 hours or the normal daily assigned work schedule of either eight (8) or ten (10) hours will be compensated at one and one-half times (1.5X) the regular hourly rate. When a swimmer comes toward the finish, the timer must get up from their seat and moves to the edge of the lane, then leans over and pushes the electronic timer (held in the hand) when any part of the swimmer touches the finish wall. One timer is responsible for writing down the time of the swimmer. Each timer should confirm that the appropriate swimmer is in the correct lane. There are two to three timers per lane.
