EMPLOYEE MEALS. Employee meals and job-related expenses will be provided in accordance with current regulations issued by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and applicable laws.

EMPLOYEE MEALS. 39.01 Employees working a shift in which they are allowed a paid break in accordance with the Collective Agreement are entitled to the following meals via a payroll deduction of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) to increase September 1, 2006 to one dollar and forty cents ($1.40) and as amended from time to time per day, per employee as is the practice through the entire Company.
EMPLOYEE MEALS. 24.01 All employees are entitled to receive one meal per scheduled shift on each day worked. This is a taxable benefit.

39.01 ARAMARK Canada Ltd. will offer a meal plan membership for all its employees. It will be a Declining Balance Meal Plan that can be used (for personal use only) at any of the Employers facility on campus during normally scheduled shifts. Declining Balance is similar to using a debit card at the grocery store; it is a set amount of declining balance dollars associated with a meal plan (that can be increased as required). Declining Balance has a dollar for dollar retail value. Each full-time employee will be issued a declining balance card with a balance that will allot $7.50/day for meal allowance (based on a five (5) day work week over a thirty-two (32) week academic year = $1,200.00) Weekly usage will be calculated at a discounted rate of fifty percent (50%) and applied as a taxable benefit in the concurrent pay period. Employees who work less then four (4) hours (twenty-four (24) hours per week) are not entitled to this program.
EMPLOYEE MEALS. Regularly scheduled employees shall receive 1 wholesome meal per day without charge. Employees scheduled to work ten (10) hour days shall receive 2 wholesome meals without charge. Employees working in non-food and beverage service related jobs shall not be entitled to a meal without charge. Meal periods shall be unpaid and are normally scheduled for 30 minutes.

EMPLOYEE MEALS. Employees covered by this agreement agree to pay $2 per week for meals for 48 weeks per year. Employees shall not be reimbursed for such meal allowance while on sick leave, medical leave of absence, vacation, family leave, worker’s compensation leave, suspension, or other leave.

(a) Employees who are scheduled a work shift and whose shift occurs during a facility meal time may be provided a meal that will be charged to the employees at the following rates: Breakfast – one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) Lunch – two dollars fifty cents ($2.50) Dinner - three dollars ($3.00)
(b) Meals will be limited to one (1) meal per day.
(c) An employee required to work more than two (2) hours of overtime shall be provided with a meal, if available.
