TOWING OPERATION. The terms of this section apply to all employees assigned to the Towing Operation (including Labourers and the Meter Maintenance Attendant) EXCEPT for ID 8371, unless he chooses, in writing, to accept the terms and conditions of employment outlined in this Section. Once he makes such election, that election is irrevocable. Each of the employees assigned to the Towing Operation will be assigned to one of the shifts which are outlined below. Employees assigned to Shifts A, B and C will be required to alternate their shifts within shifts A, B and C on a two (2) week rotation. Each employee covered by this Letter of Agreement will be provided with at least fourteen (14) calendar days of notice in advance of any shift change except for short periods, where unforeseen circumstances require the Employers to institute a shift change (e.g. illness, injury, Compassionate Leave). For employees who are assigned to any shift other than “D” shift, overtime rates will apply when an employee works more than eight (8) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period commencing with the start of a normal shift, or beyond eighty (80) hours in a two (2) week pay period. For any employee assigned to “D” shift, overtime rates will apply when an employee works more than twelve (12) hours on an assigned shift commencing with the start of a normal shift, or more than eighty (80) hours in a two (2) week pay period. The first two (2) hours of overtime worked immediately preceding and immediately after the shift, will be paid at one and one-half times (1.5x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. All other overtime will be paid at two times (2x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. An employee who is called back to work will be paid at straight time for the time actually worked, with a minimum of three (3) hours of pay at straight time. The aforementioned payment will include one (1) hour of travel time to and from home (i.e. the minimum payment of three (3) hours includes one (1) hour of travel time). If additional callouts are made within the three (3) hour period or prior to the employee’s arrival at home, whichever last occurs, such additional calls will not attract an additional three (3) hour minimum, but the employee shall be paid for the time actually worked plus an additional one (1) hour of allowance for travelling to and from home.   • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.

  • Processing operations The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:

  • Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein.   • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • SYSTEM OPERATION The Parties shall adhere to any applicable operational requirements of PJM necessary to protect the integrity of the transmission system within the PJM Control Area and the transmission systems of interconnected control areas, and shall satisfy any and all PJM, RFC and NERC criteria, when applicable. The DS Supplier shall also adhere to any applicable operational requirements of the Company necessary to protect the integrity of the Company’s local distribution system.
