Training and Personnel. Bachem shall maintain a GMP compliant training program. Bachem will ensure and document that employees have and maintain education, naming, and experience appropriate to their job duties. Bachem will not employ any person or GMP service provider listed in the DMF that has been debarred by any Competent Authorities or, to Bachem’s knowledge, is currently under any investigation which could lead to such debarment. Bachem will provide upon request the required statement supporting the claim that none of the employees or service providers listed in the DMF have been debarred or, to Bachem’s knowledge, are under investigation by any Competent Authorities.

Training and Personnel. 7.11.1 The Company shall provide ongoing training and education for appropriate personnel in all necessary and appropriate areas of modern process control, Operations Services, industrial pretreatment, reclaimed water, laboratory, energy management, Customer service, Maintenance and Repair, safety, supervisory skills and emergency operations. 7.11.2 The Company shall develop and implement an organized in-house safety program that will include regularly scheduled safety training sessions for all Operations Services’ personnel; standard operating procedures for chemical handling, confined space entry, lock-out/tag-out, and emergency response; and the care and use of the proper safety equipment to perform these procedures. 7.11.3 The Company shall staff the Wastewater Facilities with employees who have met appropriate licensing and certification requirements of the State of Florida and meet the requirements of Governmental Approvals or Governmental Authorities.
Training and Personnel. 1) The Franchisor shall specify which of the following persons shall be trained prior to the Franchised Outlet opening for business;- · the Franchisee (if an individual) · the Operating Partner (if the Franchisee is a Partnership) · the Restaurant Operating Manager. Such person or persons shall, together with such members of the Franchisee’s staff charged with the responsibility for the day to day operation of the Franchised Outlet as FRANCHISOR may determine must successfully complete FRANCHISOR’S training program in such location as may be designated by FRANCHISOR. Such members of the Franchisee’s Outlet staff as FRANCHISOR may determine shall undertake and complete continuing training programs from time to time as may be directed by FRANCHISOR in order to implement BKC’s current operational standards. The Franchisee shall be responsible for all travel and living expenses of the personnel related to the training program, all other fees of them and other personal expenses incurred. 2) Any new Restaurant Operation Managers as FRANCHISOR may approve shall successfully complete the above program before taking up such position. 3) The Franchisee shall implement a training program for the Franchised Outlet employees in accordance with training standards and procedures prescribed by FRANCISOR and shall staff the Franchised Outlet at all times during the term of this Agreement with a sufficient number of trained employees including the minimum number of managers required by FRANCHISOR who have completed FRANCHISOR’S training program at an accredited location. Any damage to the FRANCHISOR due to incorrect or non-formal execution of the training program by the Franchised Outlet employees shall be completely indemnified by the Franchisee
Training and Personnel. Sunrise shall provide one (1) training course per year for Distributor's personnel, as set forth in Sections 3.4(a)-(c) hereof, without charge. Additional training shall be available to Distributor at Sunrise's then applicable rates for such training. Distributor shall pay all travel and living expenses for its own personnel to attend such training. Sunrise shall provide at least one (1) full time employee to (i) participate in sales activities, including, without limitation, assisting Distributor's employees in closing sales transactions of the Products and (ii) provide marketing, sales, and technical training to appropriate personnel of Distributor at Distributor's site in Denver, Colorado during normal business hours for the first six (6) months of this Agreement. Sunrise agrees to pay the salary and expenses of such employee, provided, however, that Distributor shall pay to Sunrise any applicable sales commissions in accordance with Distributor's then current policy resulting from any sales of the Product by such employee on behalf of Distributor.
Training and Personnel. Integrator shall provide training of TxDOT personnel or the personnel of a TxDOT-designated organization to maintain all Project Segments to be initiated at least 6 months prior to the end of the Maintenance Term for any Project Segment. Staff numbers and positions and training procedures will be in accordance with Integrator’s staffing plan in the Maintenance Plan then in effect. Integrator shall design its classroom and on-the- job training with the objective of providing sufficient maintenance personnel competent to maintain the System. Integrator shall provide qualified instructors who will prepare the course material including the latest modifications, equipment changes, maintenance updates, and any revised maintenance procedures, and may enlist major subcontractors or suppliers to augment Integrator’s own trainers. Literature, training aids, and equipment used in training shall be turned over to TxDOT at the termination of the Maintenance Term for each Project Segment. The training shall be designed with the objective that within 3 months of the start of the training, but no later than 90 Days prior to the end of the Maintenance Term, there shall be sufficient quantity of personnel trained so that the Project Segment can be completely run without Integrator’s personnel. It shall include classroom and hands-on experience.
Training and Personnel. Dealer shall employ a number of sales and service personnel sufficient to render prompt, competent and efficient customer sales, installations and other service. Dealer agrees, at its own expense, to have its sales and service representatives attend Smartork –sponsored training seminars, including but not limited to sales, service and installation training, as set forth in the Dealer Manual.

All security personnel shall have the background and experience equivalent to P.O.S.T. Level I training or Sheriff Reserve Officer Training. In addition, all security personnel must posses a valid California Drivers License, Red Cross basic first aid certifications, a valid Xxxx and Baton card, a valid State “Guard Card,” CPR certification and must be at least 21 years of age. The contractor shall provide necessary certifications that these requirements have been met at the time of, or before, award and it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to insure that staff maintain valid certifications with annual statements or renewals provided to County at each contract anniversary date.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved. b. Consistent with the contractor's work force requirements and as permissible under Federal and State regulations, the contractor shall make full use of training programs, i.e., apprenticeship, and on-the-job training programs for the geographical area of contract performance. In the event a special provision for training is provided under this contract, this subparagraph will be superseded as indicated in the special provision. The contracting agency may reserve training positions for persons who receive welfare assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 140(a). c. The contractor will advise employees and applicants for employment of available training programs and entrance requirements for each. d. The contractor will periodically review the training and promotion potential of employees who are minorities and women and will encourage eligible employees to apply for such training and promotion.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training

  • Supplier Personnel The Customer and Supplier agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Supplier ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Call Off Schedule 10 (Staff Transfer) shall apply. The Supplier shall not and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall not take any step (expressly or implicitly and directly or indirectly by itself or through any other person) without the prior written consent of the Customer to dissuade or discourage any employees engaged in the provision of the Services from transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor. During the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall: give the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor reasonable access to the Supplier's personnel and/or their consultation representatives to present the case for transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or to discuss or consult on any measures envisaged by the Customer, Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor in respect of persons expected to be Transferring Supplier Employees; co-operate with the Customer and the Replacement Supplier to ensure an effective consultation process and smooth transfer in respect of Transferring Supplier Employees in line with good employee relations and the effective continuity of the Services. The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect. The Supplier shall not for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of transfer re-employ or re-engage or entice any employees, suppliers or Sub-Contractors whose employment or engagement is transferred to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier except that this paragraph 10.5 shall not apply where an offer is made pursuant to an express right to make such offer under Call Off Schedule 10.1 (Staff Transfer) in respect of a Transferring Supplier Employee not identified in the Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
