Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. (a) Producer shall pay to the Industry Pension Plan through its Administrator, as agent for transmittal to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF"), for employees who are subject to the Retired Employees Fund (on the same weekly and daily formula as the contributions paid under the Retired Employees Fund), as follows:
(1) For the period commencing July 29, 2018 to and including August 1, 2020, fifty-three cents ($0.53) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer during said period; and
(2) For the period commencing August 2, 2020 to and including July 31, 2021, sixty cents ($0.60) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Producer during said period; provided, however, that in place and stead of the above cents per hour payments, such payments with respect to employees of laboratories shall be at the rate of one and one-half cents ($0.015) per hour on or after July 29, 2018 to and including August 1, 2020 and one and seven-tenths cents ($0.017) per hour on or after August 2, 2020 to and including July 31, 2021. The Producers have established CSATF for the purpose of providing a Fund to be used for the administration of apprenticeship and other training programs within the motion picture industry; maintenance of appropriately classified and delineated seniority rosters within the motion picture industry; administration of safety programs and studies within the motion picture industry; administering and financing physical examinations in connection with any uniform industry retirement programs; and, generally, for the carrying on of similar such programs for the administration of other industry-wide services, studies or education. Such Trust Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees who shall be appointed by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. The parties agree that CSATF shall provide required safety training to individuals listed on the Studio Seniority Roster created pursuant to Paragraph 68(a) of this Agreement. The Union shall be given an opportunity to provide input to CSATF with respect to the safety training courses required for each of its classifications and the curriculum for those courses. A $15.00 per hour ($20.00 per hour effective August 4, 2019) stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending CSATF required safety training classes during non-working time. (3) with respect to Script Coordinators and Writers' Room Assistants employed under the Local #871 Agreement provisions covering Script Coordinators and Writers' Room Assistants, shall be at the rate of seven and eight-hundredths cents ($0.0708) per hour for the period beginning July 29, 2018 to and including July 31, 2021. Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. (a) Employer shall pay to the Industry Pension Plan through its Administrator, as agent for transmittal to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund, the following: For the period commencing August 1, 2000 to and including July 31, 2003, seven cents (7¢) per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such Employer on or after August 1, 2000. The Producers have established a Contract Services Administration Trust Fund for the purpose of providing a Fund to be used for the administration of apprenticeship and other training programs within the motion picture industry; maintenance of appropriately classified and delineated seniority rosters within the motion picture industry, administration of safety programs and studies within the motion picture industry; administering and financing physical examinations in connection with any uniform industry retirement programs; and, generally, for the carrying on of similar such programs for the administration of other industry-wide services, studies or education. Such Trust Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees who shall be appointed by the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers.
(b) CSATF shall provide Second Step grievance services.
(c) The money received by the Administrator of the Industry Pension Plan from such payments, as above provided, shall be kept separate and apart from any funds of the Industry Pension Plan and shall forthwith be paid to CSATF. Such money so paid by Employer shall not constitute nor be deemed to be wages due to the individual employees nor shall said money so paid be in any manner liable for or subject to the debts, contracts, liabilities or torts of such employees.
(d) The parties agree that the Employer may elect to withdraw from CSATF and discontinue making contributions as set forth herein upon written notice to the Union. In such a case, the parties agree to eliminate Step Two from the grievance procedure in Article 9. Further, following the completion of one (1) year after the effective date of the change, the Employer will make a lump sum payment to each employee in an amount equal to the contributions that would have been made during that time (seven cents ($.07 cents per eligible hour), reduced by the amount required for taxes, FICA, and other similar employer payments.
Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. A. The Producer shall pay to Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF") ten cents ($0.10) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder.
B. The Producer will establish a procedure whereby any interested party may contact CSATF to obtain information relative to the past employment of an individual on a specific motion picture. In response to such an inquiry, CSATF will make a good faith effort to contact the involved Producer and secure such information on behalf of the interested party. The Producer on its part will make a good faith effort to respond to such inquiries by CSATF.

Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. “A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending CSATF-required safety training classes during non-working time. Effective [insert date that is January 1, 2025 or the first Sunday following the business day on which the AMPTP receives notice of ratification, whichever is later], the applicable stipend shall increase to $25.00 per hour. It is understood that any check so issued shall include payment for course A of the Safety Pass Program, whether completed before or after the individual was placed on the Industry Experience Roster. “A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending harassment prevention training administered by CSATF during non-working time. Effective [insert date that is January 1, 2025 or the first Sunday following the business day on which the AMPTP receives notice of ratification, whichever is later], the applicable stipend shall increase to $25.00 per hour.”
Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. A . The Employer shall pay to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF") nine cents ($.09) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder effective July 29, 2018 and an additional ten cents ($.10) effective August 2, 2020.
Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. A. The Producer shall pay to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("CSATF") four cents ($0.04) per hour effective August 1, 2015 (six cents ($0.06) per hour effective August 2, 2015 and eight cents ($0.08) per hour effective July 30, 2017) for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder.
B. The Producer will establish a procedure whereby any interested party may contact CSATF to obtain information relative to the past employment of an individual on a specific motion picture. Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. The Employer shall pay to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund (“CSATF”) six cents ($.06) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed hereunder and will increase to eight cents ($.08) per hour for each hour worked or guaranteed commencing on April 29, 2018. Employees will be required to complete harassment prevention training on a date scheduled by CSATF. Should an employee fail to successfully complete the training, the Producer shall not be obligated to call or continue to employ such employee. Effective May 1, 2016, each employee in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, who attends required harassment prevention training adminis- tered by Contract Services Administration Trust Fund shall be paid a stipend of $20.00 for each hour the employee attends such training.
Contract Services Administration Trust Fund. Employer shall contribute to Contract Services Administration Trust Fund $0.092 per hour for each hour worked by an employee under this Agreement. Contributions on behalf of employees engaged on an “on-call” basis shall be based upon sixty (60) hours per week, except that for “on-call” employees employed for less than a full workweek (i.e., less than five (5) days), contributions shall be based upon twelve (12) hours per day. Contributions on behalf of employees engaged on an hourly basis shall be made for each hour worked or guaranteed.
