UNIFORMS & TOOLS. 15.01 The Employer will continue to provide each employee with Employer uniforms which shall be worn by the employee during working hours. Upon termination, the employee shall return all issued uniforms.
a. All tradesmen shall supply their own tools except for power tools.
UNIFORMS & TOOLS. Section 1 The Employer shall furnish the employee's uniforms and replace any items which have normal wear and tear. Shirt patches that are required by the Employer will be sewn on the shirt at Employer's expense. All other alterations are the responsibility of the operator. The determination of the Employer shall govern on uniform replacement and all uniforms furnished shall remain the property of the Employer. Maintenance coveralls will be furnished by Employer. Each maintenance employee shall be allowed two hundred ($200.00) per contract year for the purchase of approved work shoes. Shoes may be purchased each year or all pairs in one (1) year. Any shoes purchased must be approved by the shop Supervisor before reimbursement. Shoes may be purchased at company vendors with prior approval from shop supervisor. Shoes paid for by Grays Harbor Transit must meet standard regulations of WAC 296-56- 60113
Section 2 Maintenance employees shall be provided with one (1) pair of Car-Xxxx Coveralls or Car- Xxxx Coat per contract term. In addition, for each individual contract year, each maintenance employee shall be provided one (1) safety sweatshirt (hoody or zip) and two (2) safety pocket t-shirts. The Maintenance Employees will be allowed to go to a company vendor and pick the clothing.
Section 3 SVS bid run operators shall be provided with one (1) pair of gloves. Replacement gloves due to wear and tear must be authorized by the Operations Supervisor.
Section 4 Effective December 20, 2015, the following maintenance employees shall receive three hundred dollars ($350.00) per calendar year for tool allowance.

UNIFORMS & TOOLS. Uniforms, Freezer Coats and Rubber Aprons, which the Employer requires shall be furnished to the employee by the Employer without charge. Launderingof such garments shall be paid for by the Employer. Employees shall return their old uniform prior to new uniform. The Employer will furnish the necessary tools and pay for sharpening same. The Employer agrees that Carry-out Coats, Receiving Coats and Freezer Coats will be adequately provided. The Employer will provide a safe and sanitary place for the storing of employees' garments. The Employer will provide new or replacement uniform pieces in a timely fashion The Employer agrees that it will continue to be enrolled under the provisionsof the Workers' Safety Insurance Board for all employees. The Employer will also pay an employee for the remainder of the shift in which the accident occurred that would require the employee to take time Off.
UNIFORMS & TOOLS. A. The Board shall provide up to the following numbers of uniforms each year. Worn out or unusable uniforms must be turned in to obtain a replacement.
UNIFORMS & TOOLS. EQUIPMENT which are stolen or damaged in the course of work activities or through no fault of the employee shall be promptly reported in writing by the employee to their Supervisor with the request that such stolen or damaged uniforms/tools/equipment be replaced or repaired. The RTAA shall bear the cost of replacement or repair of such stolen or damaged uniforms/tools/equipment. Further, replacement or repair of such uniforms/tools/equipment shall be made promptly by the RTAA.
UNIFORMS & TOOLS. All Employees shall keep themselves clean and When company uniforms are required by the Employer, the Employer shall supply, launder and maintain such uniforms. The employee must wear them. Employees shall keep equipment and company-owned vehicles, within their control, in a neat, clean, and safe Employees shall also be responsible when given a new vehicle to conduct on their own time a changing from truck to truck not more than once per 3 years.

b. Each mechanic shall receive a yearly tool allowance of five hundred dollars ($500.00) through a third party vendor.
UNIFORMS & TOOLS. EQUIPMENT which are stolen or damaged in the course of work activities or through no fault of the employee shall be promptly reported in writing by the employee to his/her Supervisor with the request that such stolen or damaged uniforms/tools/equipment be replaced or repaired. The AIRPORT AUTHORITY shall bear the cost of replacement or repair of such stolen or damaged uniforms/tools/ equipment. Further, replacement or repair of such uniforms/tools/equipment shall be made promptly by the AIRPORT AUTHORITY.
