Chapter Officers. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Chapter Officers" shall refer to the Chapter's duly elected President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Chapter shall provide written notice to the Human Resource Director of its designated Chapter Officers prior to May 15 of each fiscal year.
Chapter Officers. The Board agrees to provide up to a maximum of twenty four (24) contact hours total reassigned time per year to the Union. No more than six (6) contact hours reassigned time may be assigned to any single faculty member during a semester. Chapter Officers. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Chapter Officers'' shall refer to the Chapter's duly elected President, Vice President, Secretary, Vice- Secretary and Sergeant of Arms. With the prior approval of the Chief, the Chapter President, Vice President and Secretary shall each be allowed up to one (1) hour of duty time in each normal work week for the performance of Chapter business. Unused time shall not accumulate nor shall time be borrowed from future weeks.
Chapter Officers. The Chapter’s officers shall be elected by the members of the Chapter in accordance with the Chapter’s Bylaws. Officers of the Chapter shall serve as volunteers without compensation, except that expenses incurred by such officers on behalf of the Chapter may be reimbursed according to the Chapter’s policies.

Chapter Officers. In Departments represented by SEIU 1021, the Union shall designate five (5) representatives who shall be allowed time off on County time with corresponding reduction in work assignments, up to sixteen (16) hours per week per representative, for meetings during regular working hours when formally meeting and conferring in good faith or consulting with the Labor Relations Officer or other management representatives on matters within the scope of representation or for the reasons as provided in 4.1.a through 4.1.e above. In each case, advance arrangements for time away from the employee's work assignment shall be made with the Department Head or designee. Such representatives from other departments shall be allowed time off as provided in Section 4.2 and the representatives designated in this Section shall not in the aggregate exceed five (5) employees.
Chapter Officers. The Village recognizes the right of bargaining members to select Chapter officers. The Chapter shall provide the Director of Law Enforcement Services with the names of the Chapter officers. The Chapter President shall be deemed to be the Chapter’s official spokesperson. The Chapter President shall not be permitted to conduct Chapter business during working hours without the specific advance approval of the Director of Law Enforcement Services or his designee.
Chapter Officers. Each Local 509 chapter elects its own officers and representatives to the Joint Executive Board. Members who serve as a Chapter Officer, or on the local’s Executive Board, help to ensure that the local addresses members’ needs and interests.

It is understood that this is to be with the express approval of the Chief of Police and exercised at his sole discretion and shall not be unreasonably withheld.
