U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Responsibilities. 5.2.1 Upon execution of the Safe Harbor Agreement and satisfaction of all other applicable legal requirements, USFWS will issue an enhancement of survival permit to RRC in accordance with ESA section 10(a)(1)(A), authorizing take of the covered species as a result of lawful activities on the enrolled property in accordance with the term of such permit. The permit will run from the date it is issued to August 31, 2026.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Responsibilities. Upon execution of the SHA and satisfaction of all other applicable legal requirements, FWS will issue an enhancement of survival permit to SDS and to BLC in accordance with ESA section 10(a)(1)(A), authorizing take of the covered species as a result of lawful activities on the enrolled property in accordance with the term of such permit. The term of the permit will be 60 years. FWS will provide the Applicants with technical assistance on implementation of the SHA, to the maximum extent practicable, when requested. FWS will ensure that the term of the SHA will not be in conflict with any ongoing conservation or recovery programs for the covered species.
