Vacation and Sick. The City Manager shall accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per month. Vacation leave shall accrue at the rate of 2.33 days per month. The City Manager shall be entitled to accrue and retain, at the termination of this Agreement, accrued vacation and sick leave.

Vacation and Sick. Leave shall be accrued and used based upon a “ten (10) hour workday” and not an “eight (8) hour workday”.
Vacation and Sick. Days The Employee shall be entitled to four weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Employee may select and the affairs of the Company may permit.   • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • Vacation and Leave Executive shall be entitled to such vacation and leave as may be provided for under the current and future leave and vacation policies of the Bank for executive officers.

Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.
