Vacation and Sick. The City Manager shall accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per month. Vacation leave shall accrue at the rate of 2.33 days per month. The City Manager shall be entitled to accrue and retain, at the termination of this Agreement, accrued vacation and sick leave.
Vacation and Sick. Leave shall be accrued and used based upon a “ten (10) hour workday” and not an “eight (8) hour workday”.
Vacation and Sick. Leave Executive shall be entitled to be compensated for annual vacation, personal and sick leave in accordance with established Association policy.

The City Clerk shall be entitled to accrue and retain 336 hours of accrued vacation leave (or same as "staff" with 20 years of employment).
Vacation and Sick. Days The Employee shall be entitled to four weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Employee may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Employee shall also be entitled to five paid sick days per calendar year.
Vacation and Sick leave usage shall be administered on an hourly basis in conjunction with the schedule.
Vacation and Sick leave will accumulate during this six (6) month period and become available after probation ends.
Vacation and Sick. A. Upon commencing employment, the Employee shall be credited with 10 sick days. The Employee will then accrue sick and vacation leave at an annual basis of 10 12 sick days and (4) weeks of vacation. No vacation may be taken during the first six months without the permission of the Town Council. B. The Employee is entitled to annually convert one week of unused sick time (40 hours) to wages at 100% the value of the sick time. C. The Employee is entitled to accrue all unused leave, without limit, and in the event the Employee’s employment is terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, the Employee shall be compensated for all accrued vacation time, 50% of accrued sick time, and other benefits to date.
