Vacation and Sick. The City Manager shall accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per month. Vacation leave shall accrue at the rate of 2.33 days per month. The City Manager shall be entitled to accrue and retain, at the termination of this Agreement, accrued vacation and sick leave.
Vacation and Sick. Leave shall be accrued and used based upon a “ten (10) hour workday” and not an “eight (8) hour workday”.
Vacation and Sick. Days The Employee shall be entitled to four weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Employee may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Employee shall also be entitled to five paid sick days per calendar year.

Pay --------------------- Buyer shall assume responsibility for accrued vacation and sick pay attributable to Business Employees as of the Closing Date, or Applicable Transfer Date, to the extent such amounts are accrued as a liability on the Closing Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

Vacation and Sick. Beginning the first day of employment, sick leave shall accrue at the rate of 8 hours per month. Vacation leave shall accrue at the rate of 14 hours per month. The City Clerk shall be entitled to accrue and retain 336 hours of accrued vacation leave (or same as "staff" with 20 years of employment).
Vacation and Sick. A. Upon commencing employment, the Employee shall be credited with 10 sick days. The Employee will then accrue sick and vacation leave at an annual basis of 10 12 sick days and (4) weeks of vacation. No vacation may be taken during the first six months without the permission of the Town Council.
