Vacation Crediting. All full-time employees will be entitled to vacation leave with pay as follows: After one year 3.1 hours 80 hours - 2 weeks Eight or more years 4.6 hours 120 hours - 3 weeks Fifteen or more years 6.2 hours 160 hours - 4 weeks Twenty-five or more years 7.7 hours 200 hours - 5 weeks Vacation leave shall accrue at the above rates of appropriate hours each bi- weekly pay period.

Vacation Crediting. Vacation will be credited to the employee's account bi-weekly, in hourly increments, as they are earned.
Vacation Crediting. 1. Accrued vacation for each month or quadriweekly cycle is credited on the first day of the following month or quadriweekly cycle, except that proportionate vacation credit for an eligible doctor who is separating from employment shall be credited at the completion of the last day on pay status. 2. No vacation shall be used prior to the time it is credited, except as provided under Article 40: Campus Closure.

One (1) full year of service – 3.1 hrs./80 hrs. worked (80 hrs./2 weeks) 3. Eight (8) full years of service – 4.6 hrs./80 hrs. worked (120 hrs./3 weeks) 4. Fifteen (15) full years of service – 6.2 hrs./80 hrs. worked (160 hrs./4 weeks) 5. Twenty (20) full years of service – 7.7 hrs./80 hrs. worked (200 hrs./5 weeks) Effective January 1, 2007, newly hired employees will receive only forty (40) hours of vacation after completion of their first year of service. Employees who have completed 8, 15 and 20 years of service will have 40 hours of vacation credited to their vacation bank in a lump sum on their completed anniversary. To be vacation leave eligible, an employee must have one year of service before taking vacation hours, an employee may take vacation after one full year of office service. For employees hired after January 1, 2007, service is defined as service only with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office. Any employee who becomes employed by the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office after retirement from one of the State’s Retirement System shall not have any prior service credit counted for vacation eligibilty.

  • Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. These terminal paychecks shall be placed into the Plan on a pre-tax basis in accordance with the Plan, all applicable laws and all rules and regulations applicable to the Plan.

  • Vacation Credit Any outstanding vacation entitlement for a person going on LTD will be paid in cash upon expiry of sick leave. The cash payment will be calculated on the base earnings at the expiration of sick leave for the prorated days of vacation entitlement, any outstanding lieu days, any outstanding floating statutory holidays, and banked time for 40-hour per week employees. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.

  • Vacation Leave Credits ‌ Full-time and part-time employees will be credited with vacation leave accrued monthly, according to the rate schedule and vacation leave accrual below.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Vacation Payout Where an employee requests in writing to have a specific number of vacation days paid out, and the Employer agrees to the request, the Employer will issue pay in lieu of vacation. Pay in lieu of vacation, if agreed, will be granted only after a minimum of 15 days' vacation time has already been taken in the year.

  • Deferral Account Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum: A. If an employee’s request for vacation leave is denied by the Employer, and the employee is close to the vacation leave maximum, the Employer will grant an extension for each month that the Employer must defer the employee’s request for vacation leave. B. An employee may also accumulate vacation leave days in excess of two hundred and forty (240) hours as long as the employee uses the excess balance prior to the employee’s anniversary date. Any leave in excess of the maximum that is not deferred in advance of its accrual as described above, will be lost on the employee’s anniversary date.
